“Extremely useful service for forwarding mail/parcels etc onto Alderney (Channel Islands) when the originator won't send it here. I've used the service a few times now and some things are easy & cheap, some a bit more expensive if it contains a battery (for instance). I will use them again.”

“Purchased a toy for my special needs daughter from the UK, only place I could find it, seller did not ship directly to US, so used ForwardVia! Amazing communication and service and very fast delivery! Would use in a heartbeat again!”

“I have been very pleased with the service provided by this company they package all of my stuff carefully and I get it rather quickly even though it is international. I strongly recommend it to my friends who shop on the Resell sites over in the UK. Having forward VIA has Opened up my closet to new pieces I never would have even considered in the past I strongly recommend it!”

“The service is generally good however the shipping is more costly than most other places and takes average 9 days even by Federal Express. More choices of carrier such as DHL and UPS would be welcome. From dispatch to receipt of parcel should not be more than five business days.”

“I purchased an album in the UK for delivery to Malaysia. Forwardvia's service is smooth and the interface is very straight forward. Looking forward to my next shipment. Only wish is Royal Post's rates are lower in price.”

“The service worked perfectly, although it turned out to be expensive. It cost more to collate the items and ship them together than if I had just ordered them all separately direct to Australia. It was worth a try. The collation fees are pretty high since all it seemed to involve was putting the unopened packages together in a box. This service would suit high-priced items.”
