“Really impressed. It was pretty seamless to set up an account. And when I needed a large package to be sent to Australia - it happened fast and at a good rate. Too many forwarding companies cost too much for shipping - Forward Via's rates are very reasonable. Very happy!”

“I recently used ForwardVia for getting a small UK purchase to where I live in SE Asia. First off, the price options all seemed very reasonable, big plus. I was also really happy with the speedy navigation on the website and how quickly I could finish the consignment of the parcel. Perfectly happy with the service, would use again.”

Thank you for your feedback. Customers are presented with various shipping options from Royal Mail Economy (un-tracked) to Royal Mail tracked and courier tracked services. The shipping method you've chosen was without tracking, hence there is no tracking information or delivery status or any information available from the Carrier, Royal Mail, this is as stated when you placed the order and also on our website. Regardless of what shipping option is chosen, customers will receive a notification once the shipping order is completed and collected from our premises. Customers are able to request a photo-checking service or package shipping photo when placing the shipping order. “I get notified promptly when my packages arrive, my packages are packaged very nicely when shipped to me and I receive them within a few days of paying, Ive never received a damaged package.”

“I've only been using ForwardVia for a short time. So far the service has been very good, I've received notifications on time for all relevant events and I also like all the options available like photos, labels, extra packaging and shipping. Also, the packages have been dispatched as soon as I completed entering data and payment. The only downside is the shipping prices for premium options are quite high. I don't really know the standard tariffs as I don't usually purchase items from the UK. I understand an overprice is the way ForwardVia collects its fee. But still, I just wish it were a little less expensive.”
