“Shipping costs are very expensive, I shipped a medium-sized package in the UK and it cost me 63 pounds. Are you serious? You will lose your customers because of greed. I won't deal with you anymore.”

The price paid for shipping not only includes the transit fees, it includes the use of a UK address, the acceptance, processing, storing and dispatch of your goods including any export documentation required and full customer support for tracked services until delivery. The shipping cost as shown depends purely on both the weight, dimension and shipping destination regardless of the item value, which is an industry-standard. Shipping fees are calculated on the amount of space that your shipment occupies in transit rather than the actual weight, this is called the volumetric weight. Our rates are publicly available on our shipping calculator to enable visitors to check and compare prices. This helps shoppers to decide whether it is worth shipping or check if it is within their budget. We believe we offer the most competitive shipping rates, compared to other UK forwarders. Shipping cost is all you pay us, provided no other services are needed. Some forwarders charge lower shipping rates, but then some charge subscription fees, shorter free storage period, package receiving fee, mail out, and other charges. Including other charges, the total cost can be higher. Feel free to check the shipping and service rates of some other well-known UK forwarding companies. “I am very pleased with the services of Forward Via . Unfortunately the Greek customs stopped the parcel in Athens and are asking for 300£ for service charges . The parcel will be returned to you and I would like to ask you to separate the contents and send them by mail z unfortunately it is the only way to send to Greece after Brexit. Thanking you in advance Sophie Arvanitis”

“I am extremely extremely impressed with ForwardVia. I shipped a 13.7 KG ( about 30 pounds) parcel to the bottom of Africa for a very reasonable price. The price I paid for shipping was EXACTLY the amount that was advertised by the shipping calculator for my weight and volume but I did have to pay for consolidation (this is advertised on the website already though). They also offer 32 days of free storage which is super convenient. I was super surprised by how well my package was packed. The packer made sure that the contents completely filled the volume of the box so this was very effective as it meant that the package was secured and that the volume was reduced (hence cost reduced). Using Landmark Global, my package arrived in 22 days which is very reasonable.”
