The company's services are very good, But there is a problem. you not write the customer's name on the box ) From ? For example, my address is widespread in my country, and they ship products to my address with different names How can I know the names!!! Please write the name written on the shipping label in the( description or From ) so that Ican know the name coustmer of the box

The process was very efficient but the cost to ship was really too high. I would be reluctant to use again.

The shipping cost paid depends purely on the weight, dimension and destination. The shipping cost paid excludes import tax or local tax and duty. Our business relies on a handling fee already included in the shipping cost. The price paid for shipping not only includes the transit fees, it includes the use of a UK address, the acceptance, processing, storing and dispatch of your goods including any export documentation required and full customer support. At ForwardVia, we offer repacking services, where unnecessary packaging can be removed to reduce volume and weight. This may help to reduce international shipping costs. Also, you may want to consider our consolidation service, where multiple packages can be combined into a box, thus reducing the price per kg of shipping cost. I've been using ForwardVia to ship book purchases made on eBay UK, etc. to me here in the US. Having multiple packages combined saves me a considerable amount of money over eBay's hefty International Shipping. My collection of vintage UK comic annuals and albums has grown by leaps and bounds since I discovered that using ForwardVia would allow me to bid on UK only auctions. I've been very pleased with the packaging and overall professional service provided.

Thanks to you I was able to have an item delivered to me that could not be found elsewhere, and that the English seller could not deliver to me in Switzerland. It was perfect: it was easy, quick, very professional and reliable. I was glad to see a picture of the item before shipping, You sent my item to me the day you got it, and I received it very quickly two days later ( express shipment) well packed and protected. It was for sure much easier and more comfortable than if I had had to wait for direct delivery from the seller. I recommend you. Thank you so much!

Yay! These good folks did exactly what they said they would do, forward a purchase from the UK to the USA with no issues. Shipping was as quick as normal but improved by adding tracker information in the emails so I was notified at each major event along the route. Their website was intuitive to understand and easy to use. I cannot recommend them enough and I do plan on using their services again.

I used ForwardVia to bring a sweater from the UK to Australia. The service worked efficiently and the package arrived safely. My only suggested improvement was that I did not receive a notification to inform me that the package had arrived at ForwardVia. I had to log in and check myself. Being quite busy, I could have easily forgotten to do this, particularly as I had assumed I would receive a notification.

Email notification is automatically sent out by default unless the customer opts out. The package notification was sent out on Aug 11, 8:47:53 AM may have arrived in your spam or other folders. Expensive service. Forward shipping and customs/VAT ended up costing more than the product itself. Even though I asked to have the product shipped as a gift, the value of the product was still visible and thus caused customs fees

It is as stated on our website and shown at the time of order, that the shipping cost paid excludes customs charges or local tax and duty. Even if it is declared as a gift, unfortunately, it makes no difference, as most local customs will still apply an import tax. Customs charges value depends on item type, value, and local destination tax rules. It usually consists of tax, duty, courier deferment, and administration fees. Local couriers or their appointed broker collect the tax and duty on behalf of the local customs or government. I hope this information helps explain how taxes and duties are charged. Can I please say that time and time again, Forwardvia has exceeded my expectations as a business!! Most sellers do not wish to ship outside UK- I am so happy that I had found Forwardvia as my UK Forwarding address. The items was uploaded very promptly onto my dashboard upon arrival, even a consolidation request will be completed within the day but usually half an hour and items shipped off to me within an hour after confirming. My items are always well and carefully packed by these attentive staff- super pleased with their service for sure! I have used them so many times and kept going back. Thank you so much!

I used ForwardVia to forward on a UK purchase to Australia in Aug 2023. The service was extremely fast and the whole process was efficient and very transparent. I ended up paying the same shipping cost as the retailer would have but got a better rate at the store using a UK address, not an international one. Overall I think it would be really economical if you are buying from a few shops and combining shipping. I will use it again!
