“This product and service number 1 when you try to bring something from UK that is not being shipped outside of UK. If something is really not permitted, they will analyze and take necessary action(for example return and help to get a refund). Thank you very much. I will never look forward for anything other than you, if I need to forward any large or small shipment. And by the way, everything is automted in Forwardvia. I really appriciate their service!”

In regards to your comment about delays; we can see that your package was shipped using Royal Mail partially tracked service and was delivered within the estimated delivery time frame. A number of shipping options are available for customers, which include without tracking to fully tracked, and express delivery when available. Royal Mail shipping options tend to take a bit longer for delivery compared to couriers which is reflected in the shipping cost. This information is available on our website and the shipping page when placing a shipping order along with any information on possible delays/service disruptions to countries or regions.
