“Received items in great condition. The website is not user friendly. To approve the shipping and any additional costs should be easier with today's technology. I would definitely use this site again for internal items”

“Handled my package quickly, I suspect they even added additional packaging which made my item extra secure. Arrived faster than expected. Only complaint was shipping charges were on the expensive side, but that's more likely to do with a potentially low volume of shipments they do with that carrier and the size of what I needed them to ship me. Would likely use again if I have the need.”

“I've used them twice, and they've done an exceptional job packing fragile items carefully and thoughtfully. Everything arrived intact from overseas. It's great having access to items I normally wouldn't have access to without a UK address. Thank you so much!”

“I've been using ForwardVia for a few months now to ship UK books to Canada. I've had nothing but good service and perfectly received shipments. They take care to wrap my goods appropriately for overseas travel and everything has arrived in good time. The website is easy to use and turnaround time is good. Definitely recommend to everyone I know.”

“I used forwardvia.com to transfer my vintage stove to Japan. The vintage stove had fuel left in it, so it could not be shipped as is. Therefore, forwardvia staff drained the fuel and cleaned it before shipping it to Japan. Thanks to this, I didn't have to throw away my vintage stove. forwardvia is a very trustworthy company.”

“I just started using the service provided by Forwardvia for an Ebay purchase, sent from the UK to Canada. I have only used them once so far but the service was top notch. I found their fees to be reasonable, with quick shipping and a simple registration and forwarding procedure. I'm happy that I used them. I would use them again although my needs for this service are not frequent.”
