I was not very happy when you telephoned on Monday 18/12 to inform me that you had no containers for the arrangement that I had ordered on 23/11 and due to be delivered on 20/12.
The reason I order these arrangements for this person is because she is 92 and cannot cope with getting a vase fill it with water and arrange the flowers. I have since been told they are not like she normally receives although pretty, This is not the usual service I am normally
used to .
and arrange the flowers.
