About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.

“The flowers were for my sister so I’m able only to judge from the photo she showed me. I was disappointed that the number of freesias seemed to be fewer than I expected (20 blooms) and the gypsophula appeared to dominate the bouquet.”

“Up to now all been reasonably ok, but the roses delivered on February 13 lasted no more than 48 hours. Might give one more chance.”

“I paid to have the flowers delivered on the 11th Feb not by the 11th Feb because there would have been no-one at home to receive the delivery, the flowers were left on the doorstep”

“The flowers don't seem to be quite as fresh when they are delivered as they used to be. Obviously when one sends flowers to someone the sender doesn't usually see the flowers, but occasionally I send flowers to my sister, and they don't seem to have that just from the nursery look about them!.”

“I was rather disappointed as these flowers were for a friend`s 90th birthday and you informed me that they would arrive late due to a technical problem. I have tried to contact my friend to see if in fact the flowers did arrive, but have been unable, so I cannot comment on the quality of the flowers. I have ordered from you previously and have always been satisfied. I have ticked acceptable as the system would not allow me to send the review without”

“Flowers were ordered to be delivered on a specific date. They did not arrive!! Flowers were in transit for 2days so in very poor condition when they eventually arrived! I phoned with a complaint and this was dealt with straight away and another bunch of flowers were sent free of charge . Not a good performance.”

“I omitted my name on the greeting card. I immediately sent an email to have this corrected. I received an email confirming that my name had been added to the card. The flowers were delivered without my name on the card!!!!!!!”

“I have ordered a few times before but will think twice again. I was expecting a promised 20% discount but found nowhere to put the code & then realised my order had completed! I wrote a note about that one (& another niggle that has been niggling for a year or two!) but no one bothered to reply. This is NOT the service it used to be. New owners/company or something perhaps? However the flowers arrived on time & in good condition as usual.”

“Flowers always good but unfortunately sent 2 separate lots and one had card in which I asked for and the other did not therefore recipient did not know whom they were from and caused distress as they were for a bereavement. I emailed about this 3 September and have not received an explanation although I emailed again this morning! I have just received this email now asking me to do a review!”
