About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.

“Couldn’t honour orchids order and so a replacement ordered but didn’t arrive on day expected. Two days late and some of the rose heads had turned brown at the stem.”

“Ordered for daughters birthday. Were not left in shed as requested but took back to main sorting office. Could not make the journey for 3 days and flowers were past their best so disappointed”

“My Daughter sent me a picture of the flowers I ordered and sent to her and they weren’t great to be honest - not like the picture and very thin on the ground. Thankfully I added a candle to the order and that was the best bit”

“Great flowers, Great service, but they always arrive early. Booked for a Thursday dispatch for Mothers Day, for a Friday/Saturday arrival, but they arrived on Thursday. Not the first time as happened in previous years as well.”

“I know the weather was bad last week because of the snow but it had got a little better in kings Lynn but I had ordered the flowers to be delivered on the 3rd and they didn't arrive until the 5th. I was disappointed.”

“Unfortunately the flowers did not arrive on time nor in the condition I have always come to expect. The order coincided with sufficient snow to stop postal deliveries in Bath, so the fault is clearly not with you. However, apart from a few lost flower buds, after a good soak in water I understand the flowers revived and the recipient is happy with them.”

“Unfortunately the flowers did not arrive. I send several emails asking for help in tracking g them but no reply. When I rang up eventually the order was resent and did at last arrive. I was disappointed as I had wanted them to welcome my neice home after an operation.”

“I placed an order before 15:00 and was expecting the flowers to be delivered the next day (13th Feb). However when I checked out I saw that the delivery would be on the 14th. It was a birthday gift, not for Valentine so I was very disappointed. The freesias lasted 10 days max despite doing all the right things, many of the buds failed to open. The bouquet never looked anywhere near as full as in your photo. I don't know whether this was due to the time of year. We are used to looking after freesias for many years as this is my wife's favourite.”

“The whole process was easy however the flowers didnt go through the letter box which was my thought. Maybe I got muddled up with the name and thought that they would be posted straight through the letterbox. My recipient had to therefore go to collect them the following day which I was a bit upset about.”

“I was happy with the delivery, it was the day before one stated on order. The flowers were the rose collection and they were dead by the next day. I did email the company however did not receive a reply.”
