About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

Flowers (Fresias) were well received, but the mini pack of Guylian chocolates did not arrive. I had checked with the recipient, as they hadn't mentioned them. I won't bother with extras again,as they're over-priced anyway.

The flowers were a birthday gift for Hubby’s mum. Her birthday was Monday 2nd Dec 2024 so I asked that they arrive by 30th November. The post has been unreliable and she lives on the Isle of Man so getting them delivered early seemed sensible. My dispatch email said they weren’t even dispatched until the 30th Nov, so obviously they did not arrive in time for her birthday. This was very disappointing for her and for us. We try to support the Royal Mail, which is obviously struggling so post far earlier than we used to, and I thought I’d asked you to do the same by requesting they be delivered by 30th, but you didn’t even dispatch till that date.

I have used Flowers by Post for many years this time my order arrived late and it was the wrong plant. I contacted customer service who apologised and offered a 15% refund & 10% off my next order - I explained I'd ordered a Peace Lily for my friend's birthday - the reason being as her grandaughter is called Lily. I was then offered the correct plant when they received the next delivery - if when I ordered I had been told the plant wasn't in stock I would have ordered something different. I accepted the offer of the correct plant and asked if my friend needed to return the incorrect one I haven't had a reply to that question.

Very disappointed in the cost for these flowers. I didn't read the description properly, thrmought they were artificial. For the amount of flowers not worth the cost I paid. I had paid 4 times over the price I would fir these flowers.

Flowers arrived but a little bedragled, they needed a good soak in water to revive them. This is the first time I have had to give 3stars.

Box Tecived in Good Condition hiwever nothing to keep them watered in the box so they would have not have recovered after a day or more in the post!

These flowers were very imporant to me. I am elderly (80) and have been through very dark trauma of late. My neice and nephew were there to support me so i ordered flowers for them. They were delivered by post but because there was no reply they were HEAVED OVER THE FENCE DESPITE MARKED FRAGIL. i was angry very angry. I contacted customer service and received an apology with a promise of a fresh delivery and a full refund. The flowers have arrived in tact and i received 20 per cent refund,. I do not intend using this company again. The disappointed, frustration and anger was enough.

No problems with ordering or with the flowers received (which were lovely) although stems had dried out. However, I did expect them to be delivered earlier than 15.00 hrs on the day of the anniversary and for better tracking information. On the day I was informed that there would be no tracking information until expected delivery. For this reason, I have therefore shown in the below as not delivered on time.

Ordered for delivery on 9th April for a birthday but they weren't delivered until 10th and I received no emails notifying me that they would be late or to say that they had been delivered. Tracking was just royal mail and didn't register anything until an attempt had been made to deliver. Won't be using this company again.

I ordered 2.bunches of flowers for my daughter and granddaughter for Easter. Bunches very sparce and could have had a bit more greenery. My daughter's bunch was thrown over the fence by royal mail luckily they weren't damaged. Not sure I would use this company again

I have always been pleased with Flowers By Post but, this time, it was Royal Mail who failed to deliver the flowers on time. The flowers were eventually received two and a half days after dispatch and the alstromerias had gone floppy. Apparently, the flowers did gradually revive but the delay in delivery must have shortened the flowers life. I have informed F by P about this but have received no response. This means I shall think twice about using this company in future. I don't think they were to blame but they were the company I paid and, therefore, they should accept responsibility. I shall be sorry to use another company because my friends and family have always been delighted with the freshness and longevity of the flowers in the past.
