About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

Was assured the flowers would be delivered on 18th December as requested. They weren’t delivered until late afternoon on the 20th December. Disappointing as they were for my sister’s 85th birthday.

Received no note with the flowers. The person would of known by whom they are sent from but no note received.

The person who received the flowers was very pleased but I cannot comment on the quality of the flowers. When I rang you to check if they’d been delivered the person I spoke to did not know they had been received or when they’d be delivered. In fact they had arrived the previous day on time.

Recipient happy to receive the flowers, but they didn’t arrive the next day as advised ,so flowers looked a bit tired , hopefully they will last

I ordered two bouquets of flowers and one Orchid and one Pot Rose recently. The recipient of the Rose was a little worried when she discovered black ribbon tied around the pot. Surely black is used for Funeral flowers NOT Christmas!

The flowers were beautiful the recipient said but they did not arrive on the correct date. They arrived the following day which would have been even more disappointing had they been for a special occasion. However, it may not have been your fault I realise, and I would certainly use you again

The sender is not informed that the flowers have arrived which is very stressful as flowers are frequently sent as a surprise so it would be embarrassing to have to ask the recipient whether they had arrived and stressful for both parties to hear that they had not.

Was disappointed the flowers didn't represent the web-page image Realised the freesia's were in bud but didn't look value for money. In the past have been satisfied.

Flowers ordered which needed waking up as they were slightly limp on arrival but for the flowers received, it was expensive and not value for money.

The company dispatched the flowers quickly however the courier they chose (Yodel) failed to deliver them and despite chasing the delivery for three days, the flowers never appeared. Flowers by Post however did resend the flowers and added extra stems to compensate which were thankfully were delivered on time and the recipient was very pleased with the colour and quality of the orchids.

I was disappointed with this order. I’ve ordered from you before and always had good results, but not this time. The stalks on the orchids were so short it was virtually impossible to display them in a conventional vase. The flowers were beautiful but didn’t last long.

I would have liked a notification that the flowers had been delivered. These were for a terminally ill person so did not want to ring to see if they had got them. Cannot answer the questions because I don't know the answers. 3 out of 5 because I don't know.
