About Flowers by Post:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

Was a bit disappointed because I thought the blooms would be as the picture, but they were smaller and in sprays rather than large single blooms, but this was probably because I did not realise they would be sprays.

I ordered flowers ( a pot with a small rose tree ) and it was delivered. Unfortunately it was in a sad state when it arrived. My sister tried to revive the plant. To no avail. I emailed Flowers by post ‘ and they offered to send out a new one or refund. Happy with customer service support.

Disappointed that the flowers delivered to my mum for her birthday were not up to the normal high standard of flowers by post - gypsophilia had to be thrown away as well past its best and freesias a little battered - a plus point was the flowers were delivered on the requested date. Will think twice before ordering flowers for 15th Feb again, as think standards slip due to pressure of Valentine’s Day

Ordered two bunches of freesias to arrive on Tuesday 16th Feb. Only 1 bunch arrived. Emailed to enquire where the second bunch was and got no reply. The 2nd bunch arrived on Wednesday 17th Feb. The flowers were really lovely.

£18.49 Bargain rainbow carnations- 14 in total. As a regular customer was, on this occasion, a little disappointed with what was received. Not quite up to usual quantity/quality was expected....but then it was stated as ‘bargain’. Not sure!!

The Freesias arrived in time but they were varieties with no scent so obviously that is all you grow. Very sad because the scent of freesias is half their point. My wife's wedding bouquet had Freesias and they were full of scent. Have you any comment. Nicholas Forman Hardy

Possible contributions to freesias not being scented is maybe if they are in a cooler room, freesia scent is stronger at high temperatures but on flip side compromise vase life. Also depending on the mixture of colours on the bouquet, some colours have a stronger scent. The type of season we are in may also contribute to the scent as warmer seasons tend to have a stronger scent. Although the flowers were excellent the wording I requested was not enclosed, there was only a plain card advertising your company. This caused 2 problems 1) I was left worrying that the flowers hadn't been received, possibly lost in the post or delivered to the wrong address etc and 2) my friend had no idea who to thank. Eventually I had to phone to see if the flowers had been received causing great embarrassment to us both.

Flowers arrived 1 day late. Appears they are past there best, not what I expected with price payed. Have waited a couple of days for them to “wake up “ some stems still look the same .( wilted and look like they are about to drop off. I don’t think the package was kept up the right way up.

I am pleased with the service but don't think the white freesia have lasted as long as I would like They arrived on the 14th, and already look a little sad on the 18th.

Have received a photo from the recipient. The freesias look lovely but at least one more stem of gypsophila would be appreciated. The arrangement looked sparse.
