About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

The flowers arrived in a poor state, and finally revived after a day soaking in water, the flower were of poor quality. I have used FlowersByPost for many years without any problems, and despite this hiccup will continue to do so

There was no updates to say whether the parcel was delivered or could be tracked. I was just left in the dark. I have to ask the recipient if something had arrived which then leave the surprise not a surprise anymore.

I was delighted that the flowers arrived on the selected day but disappointed that there was only 1 stem of gypsophila in the bunch. As I had purchased a largish number of freesias, I would have hoped for more.

flowers delivered yesterday but were left outside my front door, was frosty last night and i didnt pick them up till this morning, this was a gift from my daughter and im sure she would have been upset by this. your feedback would be welcome

flowers arrived in good condition. but arrived a day late. should have arrived on 4/feb/22.but did not arrive until 5/feb. as they were for a ladys 90 th birthday.very poor.

The flowers were lovely and should have 5⭐️. There was no notification on delivery at all and the box was found outside at 8pm - delivery therefore gets 1⭐️. Assume delivery was via postal service but don’t actually know.

We have successfully used your services before hence this latest effort. We found this time your website very difficult to use. We got so far only to be told our card was not accepted several times tried phoning you virtually impossible to speak to anyone only unhelpful recorded messages. In the end we went elsewhere and bought with the same card and with no trouble. Then out of the blue we received a message from you saying the order had now gone through. So on the day the recipient received not one but two lots of flowers which we had to explain the reason why and we were left to pay two bills..So to say the least on this occasion we feel your service did not live up to it’s promises

I like to get the flowers from you as fresh. I upgraded for more flowers I was with my daughter when they arrived and I could have got the same amount from a supermarket. I was disappointed. The flowers were delivered to time. The one positive

Asked for flowers to be delivered on Tuesday 18th January, however, these were delivered on Saturday 15 January, so rather disappointed they arrived on the incorrect date. But the recipient was pleased with the carnations.

The flowers would have been lovely if the postman had put a note through my friends door so that she could have collected them from her neighbours. Instead the neighbour didn't take them round for 2 days and the flowers were quite limp. Do you have any sort of tracking number please so I can make a complaint to Royal Mail.

The flowers were lovely when they arrived, I would give 5 stars but (probably through no fault of flowersbypost) they did not arrive on the day I had asked for. So won't be using this firm again, sorry.

Haven't seen the flowers as they were a birthday gift for a friend. However, she said they were lovely. My only gripe was that I ordered on 4th for delivery on 6th. Flowers were sat in the local depot from 4am but not delivered until 21.58 on 6th. Barely in time for a birthday gift.

The flowers arrived before Christmas and were in good condition. I did email customer service with a query on the 23rd of December and have never heard back from them, customer service is not so good!

Have used for years always been good value prompt and look good. As a front line worker I was too busy to buy local. This Xmas one order was great 🌞 the second bunch was not as i interpreted as seen in brochure, less flowers and did not look like the price I paid. Company did respond quickly, I await reply. Not delivered on promise date by Royal Mail so we had left before delivery. Flowers very nice but 1 broken stem so flower had to be thrown away.
