“The flowers and presentation were lovely, and excellent options available. Only issue was that the colour scheme was nothing like shown in the picture. I appreciate that the exact same flowers might not be available on the day, but I feel like it was so different that it changed the sentiment in gifting the flowers.”

“The ordering staff was very friendly, and the flowers were lovely. The only catch was that the same-day delivery came very late, and the delivery person did not wait for the door to be answered, instead choosing to place the flowers in a safe, but out of the way location.”

“Client said there flowers were beautiful and enough for two vases. I tried ordering more client flowers yesterday and couldnt get delivery for any of them near their birthdays in July. Very limited ability to send scheduled deliveries.”

“I have used Floom for a couple years now. They are an aggregator- the flowers you order will be coming from a florist near your delivery point. That said, the Floom website does a good job of showing you what the flowers will look like, and the standardized approach allows you to compare different bouquets and prices effectively. I have only ever had one disappointing bouquet delivered (which appeared to have been picked by the roadside by the driver and then slept on). Floom reviewed the pictures I sent them and then gave me a full refund with apologies. It happens....”

“Easy to use. So many beautiful options. Straightforward interface. One problem: the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. Thankfully her neighbor was friendly and got them to her. I suggest you actually call/text the recipient to confirm the drop off is in the right location. Or perhaps ask for a picture of the drop off location so you get it right.”

“I love being able to use local florists. Floom makes it very easy to send flowers internationally! Only dropped a star because the arrangement wasn't as full as in the photo. I understand the picture can't match but it was a little sparse compared to the photo. Less greenery and no babies breath.”
