I ordered a bouquet and selected it base on what I wanted and the images that are provided on the website. The bouquet had 3 types of flowers and two types of green stems. However, what we have received has only two types of flowers without the green stems that was in the picture. The whole thing is absolutely different from the image. I know that sometimes stores run out of stock but they have to inform the customer in advance so they can decide to buy the product or not. The Floom didn’t do it, this bouquet was a pricy one and when I asked them I return it and please refund the money they refused and even they failed to give me a right explanation. I don’t recommend this store at all.

I am in the U.S. and can’t just go to a florist to have flowers delivered in the U.K. I placed an order with Floom on Sunday and set to have it delivered Monday. Monday comes and I receive an e-mail confirming it would be delivered that day, but then received another email shortly after stating they could not deliver because of stocking issues and that I could approve a one-day delay. Fine. Approved. I get another email hours later asking me to approve the delay again. I already did, but I approved it again. The next day, I receive another confirmation email for delivery that day, but then ANOTHER email stating they could not deliver due to “unforeseen circumstances.” So my order was cancelled automatically and refunded. I needed next day/same day delivery. I chose this company because that is what was offered. Now my delivery is delayed 2+ days, I have to use a different company and the bouquet recipient receives untimely flowers. Truly, utterly unacceptable.

I ordered flowers for a Mother’s Day delivery. They never showed up. It wasn’t until I proactively reached out to the company to find out what had happened that the flowers suddenly appeared to the next day. When I explained that I thought this was unacceptable, the offer I was given was a refund on the delivery fee and a credit to be used with the company in the future. When I declined that offer saying that the whole point of flowers for Mother’s Day was that my mother got them on Mother’s Day a representative from Floom suggested that I return the flowers to the supplier, so they can dry them out if I wasn’t happy for a refund. This is unacceptable. I expressed that and have heard nothing cents. Avoid using this company at all costs since they use third-party vendors, and don’t seem to realize that if you order flowers for a special occasion, they really should arrive on the day of the special occasion since that’s what you paid for. It is insulting to suggest that the customer should then return the flowers to the original supplier so they may be used as dried flowers in order to get a refund

i used Floom once before and it seemed fine, but this time I ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day (Sunday 5/14) for my mother and my aunt... it was not cheap... and the flowers never arrived, and I never got any kind of notification. It's now 5/16, the following Tuesday, and crickets.

Hello there! The florists who handle the delivery of the orders are the ones who update the status of the order as it progresses, we received your complaint and reached out to the delivering florist. When we were sadly unable to reach them, we offered a full refund with no questions asked. We are sorry that this was the outcome, but the none-delivery of the flowers was beyond our control or even knowledge and we rectified the refund as soon as we were made aware. Kind regards, Floom

I can't recommend this service. After paying over a hundred dollars plus expedite fee my flowers never arrived yet they are marked delivered. Good luck getting in touch with a person to get assistance with your order as well. There is no phone number (or at least i don't see one) to at least speak to someone about the undelivered flowers. I will just contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Highly frustrating to say the least. I'll stick with other florist. I have had various issues with them too but at least they have a number I can call.

This is the worst flower delivery experience I have ever had. There was someone there ready to accept the delivery but yet it was marked undeliverable even though I had paid for same day service. I received a notice that it was delivered - which it wasn't. Then they stated they would delivery the next day and I received another notice that it was delivered - AGAIN it was not. I had to follow up with Floom over and over again to get a status because they said they were unable to cancel the order and refund me. They finally delivered very old flowers more than a day after they were supposed to.

I ordered for same day delivery way before time frame, it’s is now 3 days later and still not received the flowers. This should not be advertised if you cannot guarantee same day delivery or customer satisfaction.

Delivery went to wrong address. It took me hours to get get someone in the phone. No one offered to send a new delivery immediately. And I was never compensated.

I received no confirmation on the day of the delivery as to whether or not the flowers had been delivered. I had to reach out to Floom several times the day after the intended delivery date to confirm if they had been delivered, only to find that they had been delivered to the wrong address and my friend never received the flowers I had sent to her. I received a full refund but still, it was very disappointing. I won't be using this company again.
