“There's a lot to like about Floom, quality flowers, fast delivery, friendly staff ... but I had to dock a couple of stars because it wasn't at all obvious that the arrangement would arrive without a container. I've never ordered flowers that came without a vase, and given the pricing I expected it. I'm sure there's an element of pilot error involved, but I'm a reasonably intelligent person with experinece in UX design, and this should be improved.”
