My order (a birthday gift) was delivered to the wrong address and by the time it was resent to the correct one the birthday had passed. This was disappointing but the customer service was reasonably good.

Ordered flowers for a special occasion, paid 50 pounds for a bunch of roses and received a bunch of dead, burnt, end of life flowers. Disgusting flowers, at least the delivery was swift and on point but the flowers. Mate better don’t send antything rather than. Picking them.

Dear Floom, I used your flower delivery service twice. The first one was a success, good quality flowers delivered and received timely. My second experience was to same recipient on Valetine's Day of this year and, the delivery was very late. I put a notice asking delivery before 4:00 p.m. but, the actual delivery was at 7:30 p.m. The flowers were only received the next year from office of the gift recipient. You can ask for additional fees for short delivery notices but, you need to make the deliveries on time. Thank you.

Delivery was great and on time, but the flowers were tiny and did not look anything like the photo at all. They were dying and small and looked pretty miserable. I’m not sure if this is because I ordered on valentines, but I would’ve rather not gotten anything if this was the standard.

Floom ruined my Valentines Day gift for my girlfriend. I ordered a bouqet of flowers a week in advance, and less than 2 hours before they were supposed to be delivered ON VALENTINES DAY, they sent me an email that they could not process my order, and were issuing a refund/£20 voucher. I am in a different timezone, so I was asleep when the email was sent, and my partner spent all day waiting for her flowers that never arrived. When I contacted support and expressed my dissatisfacition with how Floom resolved the situation, I was given a generic, non-caring response that did not address any of the points I raised. They then ignored both of my follow up responses, and have left me on read with no resolution or even a reply. I tried to be reasonable, and told them I understand that incidents happen. However 2 hours notice cancellation on the most important day, with no room for adjustment or compensation is unacceptable. Then to ignore the person who you screwed over shows their lack of care. I would not recommend anyone order flowers from Floom, especially not for an important holiday.

Not value for money. Spent nearly 100gbp on 12 long stem roses and what was delivered looked like it had been picked up from a garage on the way. Garage that only had one set of roses left. Unfortunately....not impressed
