I ordered for the first time a bouquet on Floom for an important occasion. I have been very disappointed with the major difference between the photo and the real bouquet - which was not at all a « splash of colour ». A very disappointing experience.

Dissatisfied with the flowers they sent. I want them to sent white peonies with scent, but they sent normal pink peonies…

I ordered flowers for my wife as a surprise to be delivered to her work place. The website said it would be delivered between 10am to 6pm. The flowers were never attempted to be delivered until 7pm. I paid an extra £10 for the same delivery. How disappointed I was because my wife was not going to be in the office for another 2 weeks. That meant the flowers would die in her office. Tried to get this delivered to my flat in london. They said the address was too far. I called several times throughout the day to make sure my delivery was going to be on time. No one ever called me back with an update each time. Then when I tried to get a refund. I was told I didn’t say when my wife would be in the office. What I can’t understand is why would I have to say my wife is leaving the office at 6:30 when you guaranteed 10am to 6pm delivery for an extra £10. It’s was horrendous dealing with the Is company and would never use them again. Too bad my first experience was poor. I do not feel that this is their reputation but I find it hard to try them again after they left me feeling a but disdain towards them.

I had a terrible experience with Floom and won’t be ordering from here anymore. Their communication is so lackluster and they didn’t deliver the flowers at the right time and claimed it was delivered before it already was. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and lacked empathy throughout the interaction.

Delivered late so missed the person they were intended for. Won’t be using again and suggest no one else uses them. Unreliable

Flowers arrived looking wilted, a few days old and warm as if they had been sitting in a hot car all day. Ordered two bouquets for a photoshoot and could not use either arrangement. Will not use this service again.

Customer service and communication have been amazing however the same can not be said for the quality of flowers delivered and also the delivery time. I had ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on Monday but it was delayed to Tuesday. Furthermore, once the flowers arrived they were in a very poor and wilted state. All in all, not delivering flowers on the said date and also delivering wilted flowers.

I placed an order on may 26th to have an arrangement sent to a friend for June 1st. Email stated the delivery is take place between 10am- 6 which is fine as long as ther got there before my friend leaves work. I keep checking the order status and stays states still at florist. I called customer service around 5:00.m to check the status of my order. Representatives let me know that they will call the florist and see what the eta is. Representatives said she will call me right back. No call. And i called back at 5:50 and turns out they closed at 5:30. No call and no flowers I’m so disappointed. I called the florist directly stating that the flowers were delivered but i left a note to call me because there isn’t a front desk or anything and i must buzz you in. I should have just picked them up myself

The flowers never arrived, I contacted the florist and they said they had not received the order. Was informed I would be refunded by Floom meanwhile no flowers to wish my sister good luck in her new job. Absolutely rubbish service and unhelpful customer service.

The flowers that were delivered were or poor quality and nothing like what the image on the website looked like. For the money we spent this was very disappointing . The size of this wreath and what was delivered was very poor and Franky embarrassing to have to gift to my mother in front of my whole family

I have never received my order and it was for special occasion for my daughter. After two emails and numerous phone calls, I got human on line. He promised to investigate such matter and got back to me.. it never happened Till today status of order is .. “with florist”.. this is after 72 hours after it supposed to be delivered. Shame on you guys! Thank you for ruined it

Really bad experience. My flowers I ordered for a friends birthday were 5 days late and never actually showed ups had to contact the florist directly to get any sort of clear answer. Will not be using Floom again.
