I ordered my gf some flowers on Sunday. Chose Tuesday delivery. It's now early Thursday morning and they still haven't been delivered. Tracking site still shows them "On the way" and "Delivery Date: Tuesday 11/05". Really disappointed.

After 2 days of receiving my flowers they had dropped and were dying. As I didn't complain quickly enough (complained on day 6) they said they couldn't do anything on this. Flowers should last a minimum of 3 days in my opinion. Very disappointed and would not use Floom again or ever recommend them.

The arrangement was very small for the price. Some flowers in the arrangement were nearly dead by the next day.

I ordered a very expensive bouquet for mothers day which NEVER ARRIVED. I reached out to both floom customer support as well as the florist directly and no one has been able to help us or refund my money for the missing bouquet.

Wanted flowers to be delivered 5/8 (before Mother’s Day) and the delivery didn’t make it 5/8, 5/9 or 5/10. Refund was requested and approved. Very sad that my recipient didn’t receive her Mother’s Day surprise.

The flowers arrived after 11pm in Mother's Day. They were promised by 6pm latest. After extensive back and forth with an employee, I was offered a 25% refund- very stingy, considering they failed to deliver Mother's Day flowers until the middle of the night. Would never use them again.

The flowers were not delivered on Mother's Day as promised. I chose Floom b/c they said they were able to deliver on 5/9 but it didn't arrive until the next morning. They only are willing to refund my delivery fee. They did not deliver as promised, and I will not be using Floom again as they are unreliable.
