Never arrives promised three different delivery shots all later than originally ordered ended up get refund terrible service will not uae again and will not recommend quite the opposite

I ordered flowers and they never came. I tried calling and leaving messages but my calls were never returned. I had no way of knowing which florist the flower order had been sent to so I couldn't call the florist either.

Spent upwards of £45 on bouquet and delivery. Flowers did not arrive on day stated. No confirmation whether delivery has actually taken place or not, just lots of messages saying we will be chasing up. What is the point of selecting a delivery date (and sometimes paying more) if things don't get to where they are supposed to be going?? Poor service, definitely will not be returning.

Ordered a dry flower arrangement. The tape on the outside of the box had the majority of dried flowers and leaves stuck to it, with a ton more just broken and loose in the box. The arrangement itself was not as depicted. I was expecting something rustic with natural colors, but what I ordered had flowers and plants that had been obviously dyed and looked fake. Really disappointed in general and given the price. Will not order from Floom or Botanique ever again.

I ordered one of the extra large bouquets and it arrived in disappointing condition. The roses were past it's best, some of which lost their petals already during the travel, which took place day in advance. The delivery did not even attempt to reach the recipient and just left the bouquet in unsafe place, despite the instructions. It was an embarrassing moment having to apologise for the condition of the bouquet to my friend who was celebrating her 50th birthday.

Flowers were delivered in poor quality and didn’t match description. Customer support was very unhelpful in resolving the matter. I didn’t receive a response to my inquiry for more than 24 hours.

The pictured flowers I purchased were arranged in a vase. The delivered flowers were not. So cheeky, tacky and cheap.

Please do not use this site. I was stupid and did not think to check the trust pilot reviews because the website was so nice and well designed. Ordered a lovely looking summer bouquet for my Grandmas 89th birthday, it arrived a day late (despite paying an extortionate amount for same-day delivery). When the flowers did arrive, they were not fresh, had no Lillies, one singular Peony and consisted of mostly half dead filler plants. I am so so so disappointed with this service and the awful customer service I received in relation to this.

Very poor service from Flom. Firstly my order was incorrectly delivered and mixed up with another person’s order. When I finally did receive my order it was damaged and in poor condition. Also when you ring floom helpline you can only get a voicemail and you are at a mercy of someone ringing you back. Overall not good experience at all and has almost ruined my special occassion.

It's my first time using your platform, and it will certainly be the last. your system is not up to date. I was waiting all day for these flowers to be delivered for someone's gallery opening, you didn't give any updates on the phone when i called. Besides the delivery stressful with no real updates and very late, the flowers were awful, small, no real flowers in the bouquet, just a bunch of greens and 3 white flowers. I was really not impressed to say the least. I also placed another order later in the week. These flowers were delivered a day early, with no notice. you can't just decide you want to deliver them a day early especially for someone's birthday. The flowers were not the same colour of the bouquet i picked. I ordered this large peach bouquet and i got a mediocre lilac/green/pink flowers. Awful service, will never order from them again.

The flower was meant as a gift and was supposed to arrive on a specific day, it arrived one day later. I have been refunded the delivery fee for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, when the flower arrived it was threw in the big in from of the house (the bin being according to the delivery guy "safe spot"). In my delivery note, I have clearly stated that if none home to be left with a neighbour. The parcel was not treated as stated on the box "Fragile". The flower barely survived, lots of its flowers were already off. Good thing is that the ceramic pot did not break during the process. Overall a very disappointed experience!

BUYER BEWARE Had chosen a particularly fragrant rose variety, but arrived without any scent whatsoever. Bait and switch. Received 10% off the total paid, which I felt was not adequate. Will go out of my way NOT to use this service again - better to deal with your florist directly, if at all possible.
