I ordered next day delivery and they were delivered 2 days later than as requested with no updates. I reached out to customer service with no reply.

The flowers I ordered to my friend were not as the picture on the website I was expecting a good presentation for the Boquete I don't think that I will order again

Flowers to my mom on Mother’s Day weren’t delivered despite being ordered on time. When questioned the admin stated they couldn’t contact the florist responsible and so were refunding me and giving me a $20 coupon for a future order. Honestly I was happy with the refund and coupon - I don’t know what else they can do in that situation but at the end of the day I ordered flowers for an important event and they didn’t arrive - you can’t get more than two stars for that I don’t think.

Order didn’t arrive. Support team was helpful in trying to get it sorted but by that time they wouldn’t arrive until the next day and the flowers were meant for a birthday and I needed them on the exact day that I ordered them for.

I am very disappointed by the flowers that were sent. I looked all over Lorena Eni’s site to find a bouquet that did not come with some kind of vase so that the $150 would be spent on more flowers not some deluxe vase. I chose the blooms of the week because they were the most varied and brightly colored. The drab, spare bouquet that was delivered was a big let down. Instead of a warm hug it was more of an icey handshake. If I wanted something spare and elegant I would have chosen one of the options that suggested that. The photos were entirely misleading.

Spent £39.99 + £0.50 for gold glitter and £6.99 delivery. Flowers arrived......6 flowers in bouquet, tiny, and no glitter.....contacted Floom and had standard we are sorry you were disappointed..... we will look into it and get back to you...still waiting 😔

This was my first poor experience with Floom. My order was not delivered on the date that it was scheduled for and it took me to reach out, twice, to Floom to understand what happened. The flowers ended up arriving 3 days late, but I received no explanation as to why there was a delay. I really hope this isn't typical as I've recommended Floom to several friends and family.

Poor customer service when I asked to make an amend to my order. The flowers that did come also were not worth the amount I was charged. Overrated and overpriced in my view.

The delivery was a mess, they said they have delivered the flowers but they didn't... It was a birthday surprise for my sister so it was really not nice that she had to look for them everywhere and in the end it was delivered the next day. Unfortunately, they were not what we expected. They seemed not fresh and they were a bit withered... It also didn't look like the flowers I ordered from the image. It is very sad to see such a difference, especially since the flowers we got are not as premium as the ones in the image... This was a birthday present so it is just very disappointing to get such an experience, especially when it wasn't cheap... The only reason why I give 2 stars it's because the flowers were nice, just not fresh and not like the ones in the image.

Thé flowers we’re not the same as the picture on the website. The delivery was after the previous time. I were informed by email that it was delivered , but 3 days after it has been done !!!

Flowers were beautiful. Very expensive so I expected them to all be in a good condition. sadly two or three were wilting and dying.

I was disappointed with my bunch of flowers, they were sprayed flowers in there which made the whole bunch stink of paint. I picked a bunch called 'the orchard' looking for a wild vibe. I don't think I will be ordering again

First bunch were wrong colour and lasted2 days . Replaced with second bunch were right colour but again only lasted a few days . Disappointed

Unfortunately, as we have a number of florists with differing delivery times - we cannot provide an exact eta. Thats why this is mentioned on the website that delivery is due between 10am-6pm. The flowers were entirely different to the picture. I asked for the Pink Perfection which is supposed to have old fashioned pink roses, pink lilies and some white flowers. The bouquet that arrived instead had bright pink roses, NO lilies at all and purple carnation looking flowers. Totally different kind of bouquet and not as pretty at all. Very disappointing.

The bouquet that arrived was not was pictured or described. There were added dried flowers that looked like net.

At the moment I’m waiting on them to verify the location of the flowers I had sent to a friend. They never arrived, but I received multiple email confirmations that they were delivered. Truly hope this is resolved by RE-delivering or refund. So far neither has happened, and the special occasion has passed. The woman I talked to on the phone was kind, though, and that’s why I gave two instead of one star.

There was a tube strike (which of course is not under their control) but the flowers just weren’t delivered and no one told me. I had to chase up myself.

I've used Floom in the past with success, but this time I had to follow up several times due to lack of delivery, with the order ultimately being canceled.
