Totally failed to deliver the flowers on my mothers birthday as scheduled. Even sent me an email saying they had delivered which was plain wrong. They were quite responsive when I complained and got round to delivering the flowers a day late. Wouldn’t give me any kind of refund though. I’ve ordered plenty of deliveries with other companies and never had this problem. This was my first and last experience which Floom.

Hi Joel I'm so sorry that you've been disappointed with your Floom experience. I understand the flowers were delivered but not on the date indicated. I can see that you have been in touch with the Customer Services Team. The florist indicated that they did try to deliver on an intended day but the address provided was difficult to get to through busy traffic. As a result, free of charge in delivery costs - they delivered again on the next day. Either way, I hope your recipient enjoyed their gift of flowers.

I’ve used Floom before and it was a 5-star experience. This time was different. Placed a same day delivery order and paid the cost. I was then notified that the flowers were delivered on the day, when in actual fact they weren’t delivered until 2 days after. This spoilt the entire surprise element I was hoping to create for the recipient and it’s not very likely that I would use this service again.

Bit disappointed with the Valentines Day bouquet of flowers to be honest. I was expecting an equal balance of roses and lilies as shown in the picture online (approx. 10 of each). However, I received only 5 roses and had 12 lilies which crowded out the roses. The flowers are nice but just felt that I didn’t quite get what was advertised and what I paid for.

The ordering process online with floom was straight-forward and hassle-free. The florist notified floom of an issue with the market availability of some of the flowers that were part of the bouquet I ordered and the team at floom were quick to contact me to arrange a substitution or delay the order. I was assured that the replacement of some of the stems would result in the arrangement having the same value and aesthetic quality however the arrangement received did not deliver on this. While I understand the fault lies mostly with the florist, I am still very disappointed in the service I have received as a whole as I had expected floom to follow through on the guarantee that the same aesthetic would be achieved. Needless to say that I would be hesitant to make a purchase with floom again in the future.

The flowers are beautiful, but they arrived several hours late (were supposed to arrive at 6pm, but arrived at 9:30) and I never got any updates beforehand.

Roses were very open and with damaged/brown edges. Color and vase nice. They won't last much. Delivery was delayed 2 hours.

Website is alright but the flowers I got did not match the description and had the purple flowers missing, did not look like the picture and was not worth 80 pounds less discount. Attached image is flowers in a vase, but missing the purple ones and others

I understand that I probably rolled the dice ordering Flowers on Sunday (the day before Valentines Monday) in NYC but your website advertises next day delivery so I bought a $200+ gift for my Fiance and was excited for her to recieve it. The flowers delivered 2 days late (Wednesday afternoon). I was refunded the delivery fee but ultimately your website sould not have suggested that flowers can be delivered the next day. I assume this happens every year on Valentines day so I suggest that you force people to order two days early and not even allow customers to believe that their flowers can arrive the next day. A late Valentines gift is simply a poor experience and I would have been better off organisizng something else if I had known that next-day simply was not possible.

Flowers were due for delivery before 6pm but did not arrive until 10pm. I appreciate it was a busy day, but for 4 hours we had no feedback as to whether to expect them the same day or the next day or not at all. At this kind of premium price, a message saying we're running late and an indication as to when delivery would be, should have been possible.

My flowers still say they are with the florist and I paid extra to have them delivered today. Really not happy as I always have flowers for my wife on valentines day.

Delivery for Valentine’s Day to SW4. It was showing as “on its way” for about 6 hours. I rang customer service who said they would send me an email with contact info for the florist and how to track my order. I didn’t receive an email. Flowers eventually arrived at approx 5pm, but the wrong card was delivered. So there will be another disappointed and confused recipient somewhere in London. All in all the flowers were nice but the customer service/delivery model needs to be improved drastically.
