I placed an order on the 10 Dec 2019 for 2 items and only one of my parcels have arrived. The order that has came only appears to have 1 item on the form. I’ve been charged the whole £41 Aswell to only receive 1 item. I’ve received the plush STD toy but haven’t received the Mushion I designed and paid for. Very upset by this.

Hey there anon. Thanks for taking the time to review us and sorry to hear you had trouble uploading your images. With our personalised image upload system there is a minimum image size we need. The minimum resolution is 1000X1000 and the smallest file size is 800KB. What we find is most people having these issues are trying to upload images from Facebook or Instagram. These sites compress the image size so when we blow it up to print the quality looks really low.  Another issue we find is any image with a filter or a screenshot, these also lower the resolution to the point where it is too low quality to be printed to a high standard. What I recommended you do is use an image taken directly from a phone or a camera with no filters, this is the best way to upload a high quality image. Sorry to say we can't manually push images through if they are too low quality we can only go through the website to upload these images. If you e-mail us on info@firebox.com with the image you're trying to upload, we can check what the issue with it is so you can upload successfully :) Regards, Firebox

I have loved looking at firebox over the past year or so and finally decided to take a chance on a mystery/bargain box after receiving a £5 off voucher. Complete suprise what may be in there but promising such great value. Very quick delivery which was great. Now for the mix of emotions... My contents included a 'cable biter' which looks great but is annoyingly for iphone. It looks fab but im not an iphone user. Will make a great small gift for a friend though. No complaints because its a risk with mystery items. A jar of 'Unicorn Poop' marshmallows. Looks great and a really fun choice. An 'animated hat' which again looks like a really fun gift and really added the value to the box. And my 4th item was a 'Disney Dumbo Mug'. I'm sure this would have been fantastic but sadly broken to hell (in fairness to Firebox, it was all packaged pretty well but as i was not home for delivery, the courier simply threw my package over back garden fence which no doubt caused the damage). This gave a tinge of disappointment to the order. In all, i can definitely say that the box is a great idea and very exciting to recieve. Firebox certainly aren't padding it full of cheap junk so well worth the risk of buying a suprise. But on this occasion it just didn't give me the value i was hoping for due to possibly the best/2nd best item being severely damaged. I'd recommend buying this for fun and i imagine for the most part you'll be happy!

Okay so I placed an order on the 16th of april for a product to be sent to a friend of mine and it was expected by the beginning of the month of may. Its the 10th now and he still hasn't gotten it and I've sent an email and yet no response still and its been a few days and I'm becoming impatient. I'm doing a 3 star because ive ordered something before and it came out great but at the moment I just want that gift tonget there

Loved the covers for the suitcases.. I ordered 3 of them.. my only quibble is why I paid £5 delivery for each one when they all arrived together in a small package?

Overall I have been very happy with my purchases from Firebox (the mushions and suitcase covers are brilliant and hillarious), but I recently purchased a couple Personalized Heat Change mugs and while they do work, the water has to be extremely hot to cause the change. I had my coffee in it this morning and the mug didn't change at all.

I bought the "black as my soul" bath fizzers for my boyfriend for valentine's Day. We were so excited to see how they would turn out. When he put one in the bath it turned the water a very very light murky grey. We added another one and it became slightly more grey but was in no way black. Very disappointed, they have now been put at the back of the cupboard probably to never see daylight again. Firebox products are generally fantastic so pretty disappointed at this. Delivery took a while as well which is really unlike firebox.

Shipment arrived as expected but i did pay to have it that way. Would have loved to see more humor in the box. Presents werent that impressive for the price. Also the box needs to be discrete. Person saw firebox and looked it up!

Thought it would be fun to order a mystery box (home) as a gift. Couldn't resist but open and have a peek on what was inside and I'm glad that I did. What a waste of money, just cheap and tacky and certainly not worth the money. I'm so disappointed that I won't be giving this present to anyone other than to the bin after Christmas. £29.99 plus delivery £ wasted. Reviews were so great but I'm hugely disappointed, will never repeat this order and certainly wouldn't recommend. Firebox generally is great, payment transaction and delivery were easy and fast.

Update 20160319: I've received a full refund after directly contacting Firebox support. Original Review: Item never arrived. I placed my order on December 26, 2015 and it apparently shipped on December 29th. I had ordered it as a birthday present and with only a few days to go to January 23rd, I checked with my post office per the instructions in the shipping confirmation email. There was no package and USPS said that not having a tracking number was unusual. On January 27, 2016 I received an email from Firebox asking for a review. One of the options on the survey was "Item never arrived", which I clicked, and was given the impression that the matter would be looked into. Today is February 21, 2016 and have yet to receive any further follow up about my missing item. My friend ordered the same thing from Amazon and received it in 2 days with Prime. Clearly that's what I should have done.

Hi yodel tried to deliver my parcel on the 24 December to my work address but we had closed for the Christmas holidays tried to reschedule it for the 4th of January it is now the 5th and it is still not here can you please look into this for me thank you

For start I am a Mrs not a Mr and I was told that the gift I order was would be delivered by the 18 th to find out that there was a problem and I did have email but they was very conflicting and by the end off them all I was confused to weather u had sent or u have sent

Delivery was quick, however I ordered a mystery box and I will be honest and say that I was actually disappointed with its contents, slush cuppy was good but found the rest of the items a bit pointless and a waste of my money.

One side of this sticks extremely well, the other side, not so much. I have to wipe it down with water every few days. Kind of annoying when it is in the car.
