“Says 3/4 days for delivery for personalised items, it has been 12 days, I’ve had no updates on shipping, I’ve emailed and had no response from anyone and it was for Father’s Day which is now a week passed and I’ve still not got anything to show for £25 being spent on one glass. Revised, delivery did arrive. It was a few weeks late which wasn’t communicated very well but the team reached out to me, apologised and then gave me a slight refund which was appreciated. The product is very good and my dad loved it. If the communication was improved then it would have been no problem for the delay even if advertised as coming for Father’s Day.”

“Brought for my Aperol Spritzer Sister's Birthday!! I know she's going to absolutely love it!! So I brought one for me too so she doesn't drink alone!! Package was massive, no worries about breakage in transit”

“There was a hiccup with the payment, but the customer service humans deserve the credit here, got back to me promptly and reassured me they would send the moment the dirty business was cleared their end. It was, and I'm grateful. They even followed it up when it was sent. Secret Santa has been saved!”

“I only give it 4/5 as i probably missed the scale chart of my items. Other than that they were awesome and i loved them, what's more I loved giving them as gifts. I have no experience of returns atm.”

“My Item arrived within a few days, I had great communication with firebox- my worries about ‘bad’ reviews and lack of customer service were unfounded- I would order from them again. They were great! Price was good, delivery was good- very positive!”

“The Mushion was beyond expectations - so happy with it. However there was a deadline and I was very worried as I hadn’t had any dispatch details. There was no contact number and I emailed twice without a response. I eventually messaged through their Facebook page and received a very quick reply confirming dispatch with tracking. It would have been helpful if Firebox had an online chat function.”
