“I only give it 4/5 as i probably missed the scale chart of my items. Other than that they were awesome and i loved them, what's more I loved giving them as gifts. I have no experience of returns atm.”

“My Item arrived within a few days, I had great communication with firebox- my worries about ‘bad’ reviews and lack of customer service were unfounded- I would order from them again. They were great! Price was good, delivery was good- very positive!”

“The Mushion was beyond expectations - so happy with it. However there was a deadline and I was very worried as I hadn’t had any dispatch details. There was no contact number and I emailed twice without a response. I eventually messaged through their Facebook page and received a very quick reply confirming dispatch with tracking. It would have been helpful if Firebox had an online chat function.”

“Absolutely chuffed to bits with the photo towel. My other half loved it. Nice quality fabric and the pictures look great. It's washed lovely. Only downside is it can't be tumble dried, which means it's not very soft when dry. He's happy with though so that's what counts.”

“LOVE firebox. My family have used them for quite a few years; always great quirky items and decent value. Love the branding & voice; it’s informal & fun. Highly recommend over Prezzybox, NotOnTheHighStreet, IWOOT, etc. No company’s perfect though – Here are some improvement areas: The address section when ordering is not in a logical order (should be First Line, Town, Postcode), and the prompts are hard to understand because they’re not in line with the fields. You should have a Webchat function to talk to you, because emailing and tweeting is slow. The Where’s My Order page is perfunctory; it doesn’t give you an update if it’s a personalised item / thirdparty item.”

“Great experience. Only issue was that there was not an option to review the photos or to shuffle them round on the gift purchased so it was a bit of a guess game. But all in all it worked out and the recipient was extremely happy :)”

“The idea is fantastic, but the execution less so. I received two full size, two miniatures and one can that was sightly damaged. The variety left something to be desired, but the quality was reasonable. Would be a nice gift but isn't particularly special.”
