While the items I bought from Firebox were fantastic, I was disappointed that I was unable to claim free postage which was promised if you spent £50 or more. There was no option to choose this and I wrote to Firebox regarding this and never got a reply. So I will not be purchasing from here again as the postage charge makes a big difference!
