firebox delivery was great - their own brand slushy cups are rubbish - 2 very dissappointed children.

First up just want to give thumbs up to Firebox for their prompt service. Now for Ollie yes its a good toy hours of fun but wasn't something out of this world for me unlike Sphero 2.0 which was quiet a revolution in it self. Ollie Dark side was a disappointment as it doesn't do much other than a few tricks and drive and kids lose interest pretty quickly, I was excepting a bit more bang for my buck as its not a cheap toy coming in at £99.99.

The website failed to tell you what extra ingredients and bits of kit youll need. Both products were useless alone. Would not shop again.

Product yet to arrive, through no fault of Firebox but t carrier they use: Yodel. I have had appalling service from them to date and do not understand why companies persist on using them.

I was very pleased with the order except it was dispatched 3/25 and it is 4/16 and has not come and ......help I hope to improve your rating because your site is brilliant

Website a little slow but easy to navigate. However, there were issues with the delivery resulting in it not arriving as per timeframes. That said the issue was with the courier and not with Firebox, Firebox customer services dealt with the dissatisfaction professionally.

Ordered a face mask, it was okay, no ears (my fault didn't forward a photo with ears), but I think it was over-priced for what it was...

The buying process was very easy and it arrived very quickly. However, I ordered the super smash bros cartridge and the cartridge arrived, but it was the mario kart one, which was very disappointing.

Everything was good except the T-shirt I ordered was the wrong size ... I ordered a Large and was sent a Medium .....luckily enough it fitted ok so decided to keep it.

first, i don't have a sense of humour, especially when spending money, so please don't be smart, firebox children. secondly, i should have read the product description fully. assuming the ghastly gnomes next door to be average size, i ordered what appeared to be an enormous gnomezilla to kill them, as in the picture. it arrived silently in a nice big, if worryingly light box. this was obviously inspired by the russian doll concept. nestling at the heart of a packing tomb was gnomezilla or more accurately, tiny nozilla. placed it in my garden and the next door gnomes fell about laughing, a particularly revolting one came through and peed on my intended destroyer. nozilla is going back to firebox to hopefully grow to something more fit for purpose.

Great, quirky selection of gifts, which bring something different to Christmas which I why I browse your website looking for originality and comedy gifts. A little disappointed with the result this time as the packaging was damaged and an item was missing.

I ordered the Egg Q-Ber, but I'm not sure the instructions for its use were correct. There is no mention of the peg inside and whether one should insert the egg on the peg or the peg on the egg. At any rate, my egg did not cube. The sides were slightly flattened.
