“First time using Firebox since 2011. Ordered a gift for my boss to be delivered to her home address as expected delivery was between christmas and new year. Turns out the item arrived today (23rd December) Whilst she loves it and it was a massive hit I was not notified of dispatch or provided with any tracking details to track the delivery. I had no idea it was being delivered today. There was also no gift option to hide the paperwork that usually comes with items so Im hoping there wasn't a slip in the box telling her how much it was! I can't answer the questions about who delivered the item as I don't know. Delivery tracking and notifications could be improved, especially so close to Christmas!”

“My order was placed on 02/12/25 and I received an e-mail on 10/12/25 saying it had been delivered, the address they delivered to was not mine, not even in the same county! signed for by someone who's name is clearly not on the order. No one at firebox is replying to my e-mails. money gone, no communication, no item. I will not be buying from here again and i would advise against anyone else ordering in future.”

“Terrible service, Still waiting for an order placed in November. No way to track the items now they are apparently in the UK! Received quick response to email initially but gone very quiet now my order still hasn't arrived! With modern excellent service and prompt delivery from most other suppliers I won't be using firebox again!”

“My order was placed on 23/11/25 and i received an e-mail on 04/11/25 saying it had been delivered, the address they delivered to was not mine, and no one at firebox is replying to my e-mails or the whats app requests. i wont be using again”

“I am adding another review for my order as it has now arrived! Products are great, we got my dad a personalised beer glass and it’s spot on, he's going to love it. I’m only marking down because of the delayed delivery and lack of communication. Hopefully this is just a case of being inundated at Christmas and struggled to keep up with demand. They used to do great mystery boxes so I hope they come back”

“I ordered on 22 November and still haven’t received my order. No communication and no response to emails. I’ve ordered from this company many times before and had no issues but it’s obviously gone down the pan of late. I spent £45 which I’m now going to have to dispute with my bank”

“Says 3/4 days for delivery for personalised items, it has been 12 days, I’ve had no updates on shipping, I’ve emailed and had no response from anyone and it was for Father’s Day which is now a week passed and I’ve still not got anything to show for £25 being spent on one glass. Revised, delivery did arrive. It was a few weeks late which wasn’t communicated very well but the team reached out to me, apologised and then gave me a slight refund which was appreciated. The product is very good and my dad loved it. If the communication was improved then it would have been no problem for the delay even if advertised as coming for Father’s Day.”
