“Very satisfied with the customer service of Sven Konstatsky. I know these are strange times and Christmas presents ordered in November nearly didn't arrive on time (one didn't), but Sven couldn't have been more helpful.”

“Ordered on 16th December for a Christmas present. Never arrived on time and had to chase this up. Parcel was not shipped due to technical error. However, customer service was very good with putting refund through.”

“Firebox seem like a fun company and have a good website with interesting products. It's just a shame that Yodel didn't meet the delivery date and delivered the item to me after I had left to visit the person who I was gifting, and so I had to repost the item late and at my own expense.”

“I made an error with the delivery postcode. I emailed right away and they didn’t reply for a few days. I was told I could change it with the delivery company after one attempt but they just returned it to sender. I emailed again and never got a reply. But I got an automated refund minus postage. Not especially helpful customer service but not awful.”

“Great products but please don't use yodel again! They are consistently awful and waiting on tenterhooks to get the presents was painful! (I ordered plenty in advance but as always yodel took yonks to deliver and were full of excuses)”
