absolute shambles from start to finish absolute shambles from start to finish. Order a fathers day gift 1 week before fathers day. 3 weeks later I am waiting for the correct item. I received a gift 2 weeks late and then it was someone elses order with someone elses face on it!! Emailed them several times to try and resolve, no reply, no tracking, wrong item, timescales on delivery are incorrect, no attempt to resolve. AVOID!

Sadly had to give one star as there’s no option for no stars. Ordered my order on the 9th of June and still haven’t heard anything back. It’s been 2 weeks now. Complete joke. Understand if they’re busy in periods like this however prepare for it. Still heard no updates about my order too. Avoid this company!!

Says 3/4 days for delivery for personalised items, it has been 12 days, I’ve had no updates on shipping, I’ve emailed and had no response from anyone and it was for Father’s Day which is now a week passed and I’ve still not got anything to show for £25 being spent on one glass.

Ordered on 8 June for Fathers Day... 11 days later and still not here and doesn't look like its going to turn up at all. No help or communication when I've emailed and reached out. No tracking information. Dad still with no present which is really upsetting. No way of contacting apart from email that gets ignored. Happy to take your money though. Do not use.

Did not send, ordered 2 weeks ago for fathers day (tomorrow) had to get refund via my bank. No reply to my emails, WhatsApp message etc. Do not recommend.

I had been waiting for two weeks for my funds to be deposited into my bank account after submitting a withdrawal request. The company claimed the transaction was completed on their end, but when I contacted my bank, they confirmed that no deposit had been received, rejected, or even attempted. The bank's fraud department, along with NOVARECOUP.ORG, conducted a thorough investigation and found no evidence of the transaction. Following the successful investigation, I was able to recover my funds.

Asking someone to write a review about a product they haven't received yet is wild. Asking someone to write a review even though your 'customer care' team haven't responded to the enquiry about where their product is, is diabolical. Will never order from this company again.

After receiving no updates on my order for several days, I sent an email asking when to expect dispatch. I was then informed that they'd sold out and we're waiting for new stock to dispatch my order. I think it's really awful to keep selling an out of stock product, but also to just keep quiet and not say anything is really shoddy.

Awful - Ordered 36 items and in drips and drabs Firebox pinged emails to advise various items out of stock. Paid for next day delivery and five days later as they can't fulfil the order they've cancelled it entirely! Had similar issues last year. Will never order from them again, nor recommend.
