Dreadful service, I ordered a personalised mug 3 weeks before Christmas and it still has not arrived I have asked twice now for a refund and I have been ignored. When I have emailed asking where my order is I believe I get a response from AI who advises me that they will get Human resources to contact me and this still has not happened. I have heard nothing from them since I requested refund, do not use this company, they are completely ignoring my requests now

Website made it clear the product would be with me well before Christmas. They then told me it actually wouldn't be, but only at the point when it was too late to buy anything else for the person in question. And then when I raised it with customer services I got nothing but a bunch of patronising AI-generated rubbish in reply. Avoid this site like the plague.

Terrible- Christmas Present Never Arrived – Avoid! I ordered a Christmas present at the beginning of December, expecting plenty of time for delivery. It’s now stuck in Northampton and hasn’t moved for weeks. The lack of communication and failure to deliver on time is unacceptable. If you’re thinking of ordering from this company, don’t. Save yourself the stress and disappointment.

My order was placed on 02/12/25 and I received an e-mail on 10/12/25 saying it had been delivered, the address they delivered to was not mine, not even in the same county! signed for by someone who's name is clearly not on the order. No one at firebox is replying to my e-mails. money gone, no communication, no item. I will not be buying from here again and i would advise against anyone else ordering in future.

Terrible service, Still waiting for an order placed in November. No way to track the items now they are apparently in the UK! Received quick response to email initially but gone very quiet now my order still hasn't arrived! With modern excellent service and prompt delivery from most other suppliers I won't be using firebox again!

My order was placed on 23/11/25 and i received an e-mail on 04/11/25 saying it had been delivered, the address they delivered to was not mine, and no one at firebox is replying to my e-mails or the whats app requests. i wont be using again

I ordered on 22 November and still haven’t received my order. No communication and no response to emails. I’ve ordered from this company many times before and had no issues but it’s obviously gone down the pan of late. I spent £45 which I’m now going to have to dispute with my bank

After investing for four months, I became anxious when I couldn’t make my initial withdrawal. My account, with over $500,000, was unexpectedly locked, and customer service remained unresponsive to my requests. Product advertised as available then was told two days before Christmas it wasn't coming due to stock issues. Terrible. Won't use this company again..

After receiving no updates on my order for several days, I sent an email asking when to expect dispatch. I was then informed that they'd sold out and we're waiting for new stock to dispatch my order. I think it's really awful to keep selling an out of stock product, but also to just keep quiet and not say anything is really shoddy.

Awful - Ordered 36 items and in drips and drabs Firebox pinged emails to advise various items out of stock. Paid for next day delivery and five days later as they can't fulfil the order they've cancelled it entirely! Had similar issues last year. Will never order from them again, nor recommend.

Whilst the product is good - my experience of using Firebox this time around was poor. The packaging on the gift was inadequate and so it arrived pretty much unwrapped and unfortunately the person the gift was intended for took the delivery, completely spoiling their Christmas surprise. I contacted Customer Service at Firebox who responded flippantly, trying to keep the company "style" of replying in humour and using little more than a "cut and paste" response having clearly not read my complaint properly. When you're making a complaint, this is inappropriate and only served to make me even more annoyed. I will not be returning to Firebox.

We worked with you to ensure the item wasn't also damaged (it wasn't gift wrapped) as via our company promise we send a replacement right away and not return the damaged item. Delivery package damages are common so thankfully you confirmed only the delivery packaging was damaged and the item was not damaged. Again, we're sorry the delivery packaging was damaged in transit and we're here if there's anything else we can do.
