The products are good but the customer service is lacking. I had to chase my order after two weeks, only to be told it wasn't sent yet because an item wasn't in stock. I had no communication to tell me this was the case and would have been left waiting. There was no explanation of what that meant, ie they were waiting for it to be in stock or would offer refund. I had to email and ask these questions.

Products seem fine but the box they were delivered in was open and smashed .., the delivery man waited till I checked them to make sure they weren’t damaged too. Quite shocked as used to Amazon which wrap their deliveries very securely!!!!

I ordered the new mystery box . Good selection of items and definitely worth over the £40 price but if you search each individual item they don't come to anywhere near the over £80 as claimed.

My order came broken and unfortunately there wasn't another in stock. However, Andrew from the customer support team swiftly issued me with a full refund.

Although items were damaged in delivery , firebox replied to my query within mins via WhatsApp , Annebelle was lovely in her reply and arranged the refund immediately, the item was now out of stock , disappointed but we could keep the item ( choc bombs so still could be used just not as a present as intended ) so little bonus there

I was delighted with communication from Firebox and speed of delivery of items ordered (one bag of very😂 strong coffee and 2 toilet lights). All items were ordered as Christmas gifts. The two toilet lights were disappointing- both had a small part (the same small part) rattling round the boxes on arrival- the glue wasn’t strong enough! Also - although they claim to be static or scrolling colour, there are no instructions as to how to achieve your choice. As these are intended as amusing stocking gifts, I am keeping them and not returning, but my little feeling of disappointment lingers. Overall though, I’m likely to shop Firebox again

Got the personalised face mask- looks great, gets laughs, but although it is medium (one size available and my head is hardly big), it barely fits, so pulls my ears forward and I can't wear it for more than a few minutes without it becoming uncomfortable or flying off one ear or the other

This is my first time using Firebox and while the products are very creative I was disappointed with the gadget mystry box I received. I appreciate the mystry factor of the gift but one product had corroded batteries and the products included didn't seem worth the price. Despite this I will be using it again but not for the mystry boxes due to this experience.

My order came really quickly which was great, however my XL dumpling lamp (although very cute) came with a slightly scratched eye and cheek hence the 3 stars.

I think the products are presented in a misleading way. I bought three different products at the same time and none of them were true to the website description. I see the reviews facility for products on the website has been disabled and I assume this is why. Basically, stuff looks good on the website and is a reasonable price but when it arrives it is, in my experience, either much smaller than it was presented as, badly made or just doesn't work at all. A real shame because the products look unique. I made the mistake of buying products as gifts and was left embarrassed when the recipients opened them and we all realised how shoddy they were. EDIT: Firebox contacted me following this review and asked for specific feedback, which I gave. On the basis of my feedback they refunded me for three of the products I had bought. They also gave me a £10 credit to use within a year. Their customer service was very efficient and on that basis I have changed my rating from "poor" to "acceptable".

Quick delivery, nicely packaged. Only thing was the spreadable gin did not have even a hint of gin, it tasted completely or marmalade, nice marmalade but no gin and the idea of this gift was the gin being infused.

I ordered the grip strip and it did not stick to anything. The company was very responsive and refunded me quickly. They also offered to send a replacement but I declined.

I love the brand and consistently mention it to friends. I was therefore disappointed when I recently ordered a mug for next day delivery (with hours to spare to ensure next day delivery) and it didn’t turn up in time.

Hi guys, I am a big fan of your brand - love the products on offer and love your overall tone. The two gifts I recently purchased were also perfect once received. The reason I have marked you down is that I paid for next day delivery, but the gifts arrived two days later. At the time I spoke with your Twitter customer service team and they were very helpful! Overall - I would still use the site, but might go for longer delivery times!
