We started using Field and Flower about 6 months ago and were initially very happy with the blend of quality, taste, provenance, price and service. Unfortunately this began to unravel over the last couple of months; food was delivered that was "off", containing things it shouldn't and the quality was dropping to the point that it became a stress rather than a convenience. Subsequently we lost trust in the service and cancelled our subsrciption

We are very happy with the quality of meat and delivery. Sometimes the ordering system is a little frustrating but not a big issue.

Limited choice of cuts. Delivery is always on time. Bacon too thick - only like it thin and crispy. . Need more choice on sausages. Lower minimum order of £30 would be better for us.

Excellent service. Previous issues with delivery now all sorted and very happy with the ability to choose multiple locations for our deliveries. The team can not be praised enough for their excellent customer service. Thank you to willow and Charlotte!

We are passionate advocates of "happy" meat, and are really delighted to have found Field and Flower. We don't eat a lot of meat, and have fine tuned the order so we never need to top up with supermarket meat. It is all really lovely. The only thing we have stopped buying is the lamb liver which tasted really strong and very unlike the liver we used to get from our own lambs when we bred them. Overall we are very pleased with the quality. The delivery works well too. Thank you

We have really enjoyed our field and flower meat and fish, the children especially love the meatballs and all the fish has been delicious. Customer service is excellent and it’s always easy to speak to someone on the phone making it very personal. We will continue to use field and flower and continue to make delicious meals. Thank you

My kids love the burgers - they now use it as the bench mark to a good burger! Just had the duck breasts in Hoisin sauce - fast food! So quick yet so delicious. 20 mins job done, new pototoes and broccoli made it a simple healthy meal. I will be trying more adventurous options in the coming weeks.

The meat is good quality and tastes delicious. Getting it delivered is an added bonus. I’d like to see more options for different cuts, recently I was looking for cannon of lamb and lean lamb leg.. the quality of the fish isn’t as good as the meat in my opinion.

I am so glad that I found your company online. I have been looking for sometime to buy top quality meat, and knowing that your animals are only grass fed and free range, makes a big difference to the taste.

Superb customer service, absolutely faultless. The products I have had have been fantastic and it means a lot to me to know that the meat my family are eating is looked after well and comes from a source I can trust. The beef we have had has been fantastic, but to single something out is hard as it’s all been great quality. The packaging is great too, not too much waste and the meat is super fresh when I get it. I like the packaging as it’s small and easy to freeze if I want to do that. I am a very happy customer!

Everything tastes delicious as free range meat etc tastes different. Staff etc are always helpful and friendly. Boxes delivered with no worries

I really can tell the difference between organic and supermarkets i didn’t think i would but having eaten organic meat for nearly a year now there is so much difference and it is consistent.The only criticism i have is i struggle with the website but i have trouble with the internet all of the time.PS.my cats love your organic mince.

Lovely customer service team, very helpful if you call, or email. The service is excellent and flexible. The subscription service is flexible. You an have the meat once or twice a month, or every week, or a one off order. The meat is a little more expensive than supermarket meat, but it is superior quality and taste. It is also NON-HALAL, so not ritually slaughtered inhumanely, a very cruel, distressing to the animal, method. Buy with confidence. You may have to eat a little less meat in the month, but that is not by any means, a bad thing.

I have been ordering field and flower boxes for a good few months now. I wanted to ensure that the meat I eat is as fresh as possible, reared in the UK and pasture fed. It is SO easy to order, I get a reminder email so I can fine tune the box. Unlike the supermarket, the meat has a long use by date and its lean and really tastes so much better than my supermarket offerings. I have also had a few freebies which I really appreciated. It comes well packed, chilled and in a secure box which I re-use. I simply top up with my supermarket shop. The meatballs are divine, the pancetta chunks fab for soups, carbonara etc. The steak is just amazing. Its a keeper.
