“Everything we have tried has been very delicious and the whole family are delighted with F and F. We like the choice and versatility of the ordering and my only criticism is that the website is not as easy to negotiate as others.”

“The quality of meat, dairy and fish from Field & Flower is unbelievably good! The customer service is amazing and all the boxes are packed really well. Unfortunately I eat very little meat these days so have had to reduce my orders but have recommended F & F to so many friends and colleagues. I love the company's ethical approach which was what first attracted to to the at the Good Food Show last year.”

“I've been hugely impressed by both the quality and the choice. The only reason I haven't reviewed the other cuts is that we haven't tried them yet. I'm sure the beef shin and the pork tenderloin will be just as good as everything else. Now - if only you sold double cream!”

“Field and Flower are just a fantastic reliable company. Their meat is amazing, good quality, fantastic favour and you know here they've sourced it with their informative delivery leaflets. Just love the steaks! And the deli & cheese is all delicious... I'm licking my lips thinking about it!! Finally, the office staff are lovely, so helpful and friendly. I'd give them six stars, if I could.”

“Everything I have received from Field & Flower has been of exceptional quality. On a couple of occasions, the fish has been less well cut than I would have preferred, but in terms of flavour, always good. The boeuf en croute is brilliant as are the duck breasts. I really enjoyed the lambs kidneys and the goats cheese is the finest I have tasted in a lifetime of eating goats cheese from France, Italy and Greece. I served it on brioche croûtes as part of a warm salad with pears, walnuts and walnut oil and lemon dressing. A stunning creamy cheese without equal. The deliveries are undertaken most effectively and efficiently by DPD, who keep me informed of the time of delivery, providing a one hour window at the start of the nominated day of delivery. Occasionally F&F have to withdraw a product at short notice, but that’s part of the contingency in this type of supply.”

“I think the quality of the meat is excellent and the delivery service is very efficient! On the one occasion where things didn’t go to plan with my order I was contacted proactively by the F&F team.......very good customer service There are three of us in my family so I would like to see the option to buy individual items such as chicken breasts as at the moment I need to buy 4 to cater for 3 people”

“We love receiving our meat boxes. The meat and food is such good quality. The pies are delicious. The dates are always really good and varied. The customer service is also excellent. My only improvement suggestion would be the packaging, the cardboard box is recyclable but the foam trays used in some of the products are not, and I'm not sure about the plastic. If there is any way of reducing the packaging, that would be fantastic, and perhaps reusing the boxes? 5 out of 5 for the food, but had to go with 4 out of 5 overall as I really don't like contributing to landfill. Cheese is also delicious! Would be interested in trying some organic meat if you consider that in the future. 😀”

Hi Andrina, Thank you so much for your glowing review! The box, silver liner and ice are all recyclable and can go through general recycling. At the moment unfortunately we can't have boxes returned but we are trying to ensure we can recycle as much of our packaging as possible and are looking for alternatives for the trays. “Everything I have ordered from Field and flower has just be quite simply superb. All the meat I have had, are an incredible flavour and tastes amazing. They never fill the pan with fat and water like super market bought products. Our particular favourites are the sausages the best ever and steak 🥩. The steak takes me back to my childhood, then the fat on the meat renders down and goes crispy. i have only been able to get this quality from Field and Flower. I was wasn’t sure when I placed my order but I have never looked back ! So go ahead and try ! You will be amazed !”

“Is it my imagination or have some of the pack sizes become smaller ? Also I have weighed some of my meat on occasions and the weight is less than the pack states, so I guess it’s the combined weight of any water plus the meat that makes up the total. I doubt I would buy my meat from anywhere else even so !”

“Superb quality meat. Excellent pies . Very good cheeses but would like larger range including some of UK locally produced goat cheeses. Like very much flexible delivery policy so i am not tied in to taking an order every single month.”

“Having grown up on a farm myself and remembering the taste of really good meat, in recent years I had all but given up hope of ever finding that again ... until I discovered Field & Flower. The meat is delicious and tender and I look forward to it being delivered every month. My whole family is a convert and now finally understand what I mean by 'proper meat'!”
