I attended the Motown by Candlelight Concert (using the word Concert loosely) at Stoller Hall, Manchester on Saturday 4 September 2021. Firstly the Ticket Information said; doors open at 18:00hrs Concert starts 18:30hrs. Got there at 18:05hrs to be told Concert starts at in 5 minutes with the interval at 18:35hrs. Sat down in our seats in a very nice Venue. The "Orchestra" came on stage: A Singer, Keyboard Player, 2 Guitarists, Drummer and a Saxophonist. If you want to see and hear a 6' 2" Bearded Gay Guy attempt to sing Smokey Robinson, Mary Wells and Diana Ross then this if for you if not give it a swerve. Very Badly mis sold and a complete waste of the £70 I paid for two tickets. I have heard better Bands at Working Men's Clubs. Unlike some of the Audience we went back into the theatre after the 20 minute interval and the highlight was the Singer going through his repertoire (including that Motown Classic "Sitting at the Dock of the Bay"??) with his flies down. Do be careful of these Fever Concerts if the one I attended is anything to go by it was at best very bad however the plus point was thankfully it was over and done with quite quickly in two 25 minute Sets.

Do not use this company, they are like robots who do not care for their customers. My partner and I can no longer attend an event due to testing positive to Covid and when asked for refund/transfer tickets to someone else all I got as a cut and copy answer which they most likely send to everyone else who asks for the same. I will be taking this up with my bank to try and get it back. They are like robots, no compassion or human touch.

AWFUL COMPANY. DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THEM. They changed the date for an event to 3 weeks after the date purchased the tickets for. I'm literally moving 500 miles away so I'm unable to attend the new event. I asked for Fever credit for any other event in a city closer to where I'm moving but they refused. I will never be purchasing tickets from them again.

I have spent since 39th july trying to get £80 back for an event where live band was cancelled. After about 40 ply emails & endless live chats, still getting responses like “we have escalated this to our special team & are working diligently to resolve this” . This company is a thieving disgrace DO NOT USE THEM !!!

Stay away. Bought tickets months ago. The event was cancelled due to “weather” with no information on a refund. Should have read the reviews first.

Horrible service, purchased tickets for an event that is almost 10 months away and asked to be refunded do to not being able to make it since I won’t be in the U.S due to last minute circumstances. They are like robots that absolutely refuse to refund me. How can you charge me for a service/event I won’t attend? I had to take it up with my bank. I will never purchase from fever again.

We attended a Jazz by Candlelight Concert at the Masonic Temple in Detroit last night. The folks that were running the place were more interested in whether our face diapers were covering out noses than safety. There were 2 steps going down to the main floor that were so badly lit that at least 3 people I saw slipped on the bottom step and were injured, one being my husband. My friend who was with me fell, bruised her leg and badly sprained her wrist..no one was there to assist on these steps. There will probably be a lawsuit filed this coming week. You need to get your priorities straight!!!

Customer service is non-existent. I have tried to resolve an issue for 3 days now and all I get is cut and paste answers. I am going to try and recover my money through my credit card.

Bought tickets for Immersive Van Gogh in Dallas months before the show. When I looked up address to the show it was a different address than what is on original website for ticket purchase and they cancelled my ticket. When I look on line they have tickets available for our exact time so it doesn't make since that our tickets are cancelled. Feels like a scam because the address was wrong. Lesson learned do not us Fever.

Drove into the city to attend a candlelight concert this evening and the venue itself was closed. There was no refund offered and the staff at the venue had no idea that an event was taking place.

I have been charged by Fever for a lunch in a restaurant in Madrid that is closed. When i told the support about it in a chat they said they will get back to me within 72 hours with a SOLUTION. When I mentioned that the solution needs to be now in a form of refund, the support person said: “we are closing the chat but you can keep writing”. They are a bunch of thieves! Cannot be trusted as they charge for fake services!

I paid for 2 tickets months ago. Since than the scandelligt concert has been moved back and forth and never ever I have I been offered payback of my money. Last week it got canceled all together and suddenly yesterday I got a mail saying they were sorry that the concert couldn't be held yesterday due to bad weather but it would be heldt today instead. I'm so over this crazy. And actually I was at an outdoor concert yesterday.

Charged me twice for a ticket then "did me a favour" by returning my money. Event gets cancelled but I'm not allowed my money back.

I paid for tickets to a virtual event on Zoom.... Twilight Zoom event. Clicked through the links on the ticket and all I got was a "Waiting for the Host to Start This Meeting" - no one turned up. Contacted Fever for assistance via their live Chat and was told that if I NEEDED TO CONFIRM MY PLACE BY EMAIL AFTER PAYING FOR TICKETS???? Really?!!? They certainly didn't wait to take my money but were saying that I can't attend the event unless I confirmed by email??? Seriously? That totally smells like a complete Scam! List of replied from Fever on the Live Chat: "Fever is not responsible if you cannot attend".... what?? I'm here waiting "You need to confirm the spot" - sounds like a budget airline, you have to confirm after paying or they will cancel your ticket "Fever Tickets are non-refundable" - really even if there is NO event????

Beware: Do not use Fever App! Awful event and terrible customer service. Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel event was a joke, not anything like what was advertised. Refer to pictures!
