Do not support Fever sponsored events. They clearly place profit above the well being of the public. Two weeks ago we had tickets for The Stranger Things Experience in SF. The tickets are sold though FEVER. The day of the event two people on my party tested positive for COVID but displayed no symptoms. I did the right thing and kept them home and quarantined. In requesting a refund or even voucher for a future date they refused saying that’s their policy… no refunds or exchanges. This encourages people to do the wrong thing and attend the event or lose out on the value of the tickets paid. A clear sign of where this company’s priorities lie. I will not attend events sponsored by FEVER and encourage you to do the same.

Booked for an exhibition, my cat was unfortunately ill and and I asked to move the time slot by a few hours. Was just a flat out no. No empathy, no resolution. Total cartel of a company and I'll NEVER use them again and urge anyone who values customer service to NOT use them either. Lack of understanding and customer service. Basically just androids that say "computer says no". Ridiculous scam artists!

Bought tickets for a birthday present for my brother. Had no choice but to book a late ish slot. Contacted customer service a week before the event and was told that whilst no current earlier availability, to check back later in the week as if there was an earlier slot, they would move it. Checked back today to have an incredibly rude customer services adviser called Anna say that she wouldn’t help, despite tickets being available now for an earlier slot, that her colleagues were wrong, that the chat agents couldn’t do anything anyway etc. Still going to the event as it’s a birthday gift but would never ever book again with you.

It's very important to know that Fever Entertainment operating as Fever.com, deliberately misrepresents disability wheelchair access at selected venues it sells tickets for as part of what I believe to be fraudulent ticket-selling practices. There is a good reason for all the one-star reviews here. A case in point: In their online advertisements for 2022 New York Fashion Week tickets at the Angel Orensanz Foundation at 172 Norfolk Street in New York City's Lower East Side, the email advertisement for $175 tickets clearly states that the venue is wheelchair accessible, even going as far as showing the universal wheelchair accessible logo. But as you can also see, a representative for Fever after I requested ADA seating FIVE SEPARATE TIMES WITHOT ANY RESPONSE finally admitted in writing that the venue was COMPLETELY NON-ACCESSIBLE due to the fact it's very old and was never retrofitted to allow wheelchair users to enter. And that's exactly what the situation turned out to be when I arrived -- no wheelchair accessibility at all and all bathrooms up three flights of stairs, with no space for a wheelchair at all even in getting through the door of the restroom. If you are even remotely considering renting the Angel Orensanz Foundation location because you think or have been told it's a hip and trendy space favored by celebrities, or if you are even remotely thinking of buying tickets from Fever, stop and think about what it means to have any attendees you know who use wheelchairs show up at that event and then discover that they can't even enter the building.

Terrible. We bought tickets to an “ABBA Tribute” show that instead turned out to be an amateur string quartet playing ABBA songs. Nowhere in their advertising was this stated. Many people walked out in disgust.

They will not reschedule your event or refund your money even if you have Covid. I will never purchase tickets for any event through fever and will make sure everyone in my circle does the same.

The absolute worst customer service I have encountered. It’s impossible to change tickets to another day. Even if you email daya in advance there is no response until 2 weeks later to give a cold response which could have been written by a ROBOT. The event was an exhibition so I’m very confused why there would be any issue in changing to another day. I wasn’t in the Country so it would have been impossible to attend! Buyer beware!!!! What an absolute rip off!!!

I hate complaining but I really have had a dreadful experience with no one helping at all. I had a problem when ordering tickets and lost my discount code as result. I asked for refund so I cld reorder. I was told that it wld take 10 days and was offered VIP tickets which I foolishly accepted. I cannot access them. I have now been told you don't do refunds. Cld I emphasise that I did pay an extra £3.00 to have a cancellation/refund option. I cannot seem to get it understood that I do not want VIP tickets that I can't use. I want a full refund so I can reorder tickets. I am just being told the same thing over and over ...no help whatsoever. I feel I am speaking to a mindless machine....maybe I am but pls can someone with a brain help me now. I am desperate to get this sorted. It is ridiculous and so stressful. Pls cancel vip tickets issue refund and leave the rest to me. Thank you

I paid £70 for two tickets to an event in my local city. They cancelled the event and kept the money. I was offered the chance to pick a different event if I picked something within 60 days. Nothing else was of interest. So their business model whiffs of scam in my opinion and my direct experience. Avoid - too risky

Customer service is terrible and I lost money I can’t get back. Bought Harry Potter enchanted forest tickets for a specific day and time, gave them as a Christmas gift and booked my hotel and flight just for fever to cancel my tickets and send me a generic email. They gave me a voucher but all the other times that were available “conveniently” went up in price so I had to spend even more money. I tried to speak to customer service who did not even address anything I said in my message and just gave me a generic answer saying I can rebuy the tickets for a new time. If you inconvenience someone and cancel tickets for an event you should be doing what you can to fix the issue I should not have to try and fix it myself and have to pay more money. Also- I still have money on my account that’s just sitting there because their voucher system is absolutely awful and they had to create so many vouchers just to have to redo them. I would literally be requesting all my money back if I didn’t give these tickets as a Christmas present. This company seems like a scam where they just try to get you to spend more and more money. I have now spent over $200 on 2 tickets that were originally $56. Talk about a scam. Where is the rest of my money?

It was a nightmare trying to use vouchers on the site, it took hours, email chat never responded, finally had to get someone on the phone, and even then took him another 30 minutes to walk me through it!

They stole my MONEY!!! The show that I was supposed to attend was cancelled during COVID pandemic. From then to now, I didn’t found a show that interested me so I didn’t have the opportunity to use the VOUCHER that was created during the pandemic. The money stayed with Fever and I didn't watch the show that piqued my interest. SCAMMERS!!! Stay away!

Absolutely disgusted in the company FEVER. We made a special trip to London to get to the front door and be told it was cancelled due to a power cut. This is totally understandable and something that is out of the companies control, however, the way the issue has been handled by the company FEVER is shocking. We were told to rebook a different day but when trying to do that incurred an extra booking fee to which we had to really argue about not paying. There has been no offer to help with travel expenses, instead a voucher of £35 to be spent at another FEVER event. This does not cover our travel nor does it show any care from this company. I am absolutely gutted and really disappointed to see such a big company not looking after their customers. Needless to say I will be avoiding this company like the plague in the future and would warn others to do the same! I'm not the type to complain but feel VERY strongly about this!

Really dissapointing experience and service!! We were made to sit at the very back after paying a lot extra for premium zone B tickets because they oversold the event. We were told by staff that we would get a full refund when but this has not been honoured by customer service when we contacted them. They oversell tickets, take your money then don't refund you, scam.

I don't know what Fever is but they just tried charging my card $11.11 so I looked up the company and I absolutely do not have any purchases or subscriptions for that. I haven't paid for a show or event for at least a year. I don't willy nilly buy random things and forget about it.
