Customer service non existent, refused entry to event despite having valid tickets as apparently it was full, waiting for reply since august strongly recommend you avoid using or attending there events. Other reviews suggest it was highly disappointing if we had even got in.

They somehow processed my credit card to buy 2 additional tickets for a night I would never have bought for and refused to refund me. They sent me confirmation and no event reminders via email, so of course they would have refunded them before the event, but not after the event. I will add that we purchased 16 tickets total for 2 other days, and the still wouldn't pay the courtesy to refund me these 2 they screwed up. They first offered me VIP vouchers, escalated it and then offered me less valued tickets. This app is a complete scam. Never again.

Scam!!!! Refused to give me their refund policy after promising a refund they never sent. Said they had no manager above them. They have not refunded me for the cancelled Van Gogh exhibit, nor did they inform me it was cancelled either! Imagine my disappointment the week before the event when I was checking on the venue information to find it had been cancelled an entire month prior. Scam.

Fever doesn’t respond, the app is spotty. And they ripped me off. Any other method of buying event tickets is preferable to this pathetic company.

Just returned from the Chocolate Factory Experience, what an absolute con this was. Travelled over an hour to do this as a treat for our grandchildren and we were finished in 30 minutes. A few rooms with incredibly basic decorations and a few treats thrown at us was absolutely not worth the £25 entrance fee. We had booked early and one the experience opened started seeing all of the terrible reviews but as you cannot get a refund had no choice but to go. Everyone was so disappointed. Safe to say I would never book anything again through Fever and I would suggest you dinner either.

For those in the UK who have been conned by Fever (it was for chocolate factory tickets in our situation), I threatened them with legal action as they are in violation of the law as set by the society of Ticket agents and retailers. They are not allowed to cancel your Tickets and force you to come to an alternative date. If you cannot make the alternative date offered, they have to provide a refund. It can’t just be tough luck! Apparently my refund is on the way - let’s see if it materialises. Maybe give the same tactic a try!

Bring the Dinner was a total ripoff. Fever will do nothing to help rectify my negative experience.

Absolutely gutted. Was meant to go to a Comedy night with a friend we both have covid so can’t go . We were hoping we could change the date but no not even a refund as The policy states not allowed to do either. The only way to not lose money is to transfer tickets to somebody else who has the app unfortunately we couldn’t find anyone short notice. So we have lost our money.

We never got our 6 tickets. Very hard to reach company. Looking on fever app it appeared as the 6 tickets were canceled weeks before the event. We are out $267.00. Never again will we deal with Fever. I will follow up with BBB again.

I wish I had read the reviews , same story here . My event got cancelled and I only found out via a notice on the door after an hours worth of driving . The event was for my 7 year and 5 year old so you can imagine the disappointment. I will be reporting them as this company is clearly making a habit out of it. I asked them for company details and they refused.

Same story here. Bought 3 tickets, they said they sent an email and vouchers to use by 6/27/2021. I never saw it. When it got close to time to the event, I heard online it was cancelled. Thats when I loaded the app and looked in 'Vouchers' there was 1. This was for Van Gogh . We went to Dining in the Dark which was rescheduled way later and the food was meh. I am contacting BBB .

Absolute daylight robbery!! They take money for tickets and suddenly change the date with no consultation or alternative option and claim to not offer refunds when they are the ones cancelling events. How is this legal?! I will be reporting them to the relevant body.

Fever is not a legitimate company. I bought tickets for my wife and I to Van Gough; they said they changed the date. then they refused to let me see the show or give me a refund.

If I could give thisless stars I would. Heartbroken children expecting to go to Chocolate Factory for a birthday cancelled 3 times! Avoid like the plague. Worst company ever!!!

Do NOT use this service - they have no clear refund policy and they might change the event you purchased, without your requesting or validating the change. I am absolutely appalled to find out that, after 1.5y of postponing due to corona, 30+ emails from Fever and very unclear communication, my tickets are no longer valid. Shame!

Badly managed Manchester 2021: Drunk man in the audience behaved aggressively; yelling and bawling, shouting expletives. No one intervened at any point, despite constant disruption through the performance or in the interest of audience comfort and safety. He was so disruptive, the conductor asked him to relax!!

I hate them. I’ve been trying to get in touch for months. No one will respond. There’s no phone number. I bought Van goh tickets for my friends and I had questions. I just hate them.
