“The ordering,payment and delivery process was very slick and competent. I was somewhat surprised that the item purchased was delivered in a simple cardboard parcel without any protective wrapping. Happily the item wasn't damaged.”

“Lovely product and speedy delivery. My only problem was that the product arrived in damaged packaging (it was supposed to be a birthday gift) and considering the price of the product (£50), I would have expected better - customer service issued a £5 refund.”

“It's a beautiful product, constructed really well and with a really high-quality feel to it. I get the impression it will last forever! O thing i would have preferred is that when all of the pockets are used it still folded and closed as it should. Outside of the wash bag component, the other areas seem to be an odd size for other toiletries one might wish to use it for. It's still a great piece and i'm glad i bought it, it could just do with a few minor tweaks to make it perfect.”

“The speed of the delivery was amazing. The quality of the engraving was very neat, however the make of the knife that was on the blade looks as though it’s double printed or smudged by accident. Overall good service”

“Pleased with purchase. Customer service were very good at changing personalisation after ordering. Arrived very quickly, the next day after purchasing express delivery. My only comment would be that the message chosen is not actually engraved on the product, as you would assume engraved to be, its printed on the surface which is not quite the same thing considering its an extra price add on. I was happy with the result nevertheless but would advise selling it as personalisation rather than engraving in the product description”

“The delivered items were fantastic. I enjoyed the design and quality. There was an issue with the delivery process and the delivery was delayed. I signed up for express delivery (two days since the order was after 2pm) and this was delayed. I was then assured it will come the day after and that didn't happen either. The customer support team was excellent in dealing with this and rectified it. I then received a duplicate shipment and I had to return one which was a bit of a hassle. All in all, errors do happen and I liked the professionalism and timely manner it was dealt with. I just thought of mentioning it as feedback to a team thriving for the best.”

“The wine and packaging were excellent, We were very pleased with our purchase. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The purchasing part of the website is not the best and could be made clearer. More importantly, it is not possible to include a mesage with the item that was a gift. I think this is a major shortfall.”

“Bought these for my husband for our 22nd Anniversary. Very pleased with prompt service. My husband was delighted with them. My only disappointment was the personalisation could have been a bit bigger had to point it out to my husband. Would use this company again.”

“very nice finish on this folding knife. unique design and very sharp, the display box is solid and well thought out. i like the minimilist appearance and the heritige behind the brand. recommend this as a gift or for yourself. no.8 is a practical size, not too big, nor too small, fits the hand nicely”
