“Really happy with my purchase, this is a xmas gift for my brother. The Damascas Carving set is spot on and looks exactly like the product being sold on the website. Delivery was great too and came quickly with no issues or damage to the package. The only problem while purchasing was the ID authorisation as it was very temperamental and frustrating to use. Other than that, I'm very happy with my purchase and with Farrar & Tanner's service. Definitely recommend!”

“Beautiful product (the shaving set with brush, razor and stand) - fantastic quality with the option to engrave the base which is a nice touch if it's a gift. However, the packer had left it standing up in the box and perched the lid on top. This could have resulted in a bent post (on which the brush hangs) if something heavy had been placed on top of it during transit. I have managed to lay all the various components down in the box & place the lid on the way it's meant to go which would have been far better for postal purposes in the first place....hence only 4 stars.”

“Ordered the pewter based glass with the fish on, fast delivery but very very disappointed at the size of the engraving it's tiny , not at all clear to see either 🙁as it cost £47!!!”
