“I ordered a flask as a birthday gift. It arrived in very good time and was packaged well. I am pleased with the gift, not delighted ... it was smaller than I thought it would be from the images. I suppose that at under £40 that is not surprising, but there it is.”

“I ordered a leather belt with custom engraving for a 3rd wedding anniversary gift. I used express shipping, but it took 4 days to arrive rather than the advertised 1-3. The engraving was done on the wrong side of the belt, I asked for it on the inside and it was done on the outside. Otherwise really happy with the product and my husband loved the gift.”

“excellent service but unfortunately still awaiting reply to my email in regards to one of the dark side "rooks" being loose from top to bottom. this spoils the set and would otherwise give it a higher star rating.”

“Everything was ok... very good customer service , very fast delivery, the only problem is the engraving sistem... i bought a pen from cross and the personalization is almost invisible, also a backgammon set and the engraving is very very light.That why i give just 4 stars.”

“The most beautiful of products for my sister and brother-in-law's 40th wedding anniversary. Arrived so promptly which was super. Only two things I felt a little disappointing: 1. Engraving character limit too short and inflexible, so couldn't add to ruby port glasses 2. Had to pay postage twice as glasses were an offer on a different link to the cased bottle of port But other than that, all good, thank you.”

Dear Karen, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you were happy overall. Regarding the engraving — we do check all products before offering this service. Unfortunately, due to the curve in the ruby port glasses, we’re unable to add more characters without compromising the quality of the engraving. For the postage, it looks like the two items were purchased through separate product links and therefore created two separate orders. If both items had been added within the same order, only one delivery charge would have applied. We really appreciate your understanding and are pleased everything else met your expectations. “The orderıng was sımple. I dıd ask for a message to be ıncluded wıth the gıft whıch was not done. The recıpıent receıved the gıft ontıme and were delıghte wıth ıt. Would use the company agaın.”

“the first Teddy music box supplied by Farrer and Tanner had a faulty spring mechanism. I phoned them to report it and stated the box was supposed to be a christening gift for my neice in 4 days time. Your colleague managed to mail a replacement and I receved it the following morning. I was delighted.”
