“DPD we’re at fault for delivering my parcel to the wrong house (never received) but Farrar & Tanner we’re excellent at ensuring I was refunded (it entered my account next day). Customer service was great over the phone. I would recommend for anyone who has issues to just call them as they were very helpful.”

“Purchased as a Christmas present for special friends,the gift as such is very nice and well presented, just a little disappointed that the engraving which I thought I’d selected hadn’t been done. Perhaps my fault as I thought I had followed the instructions correctly, but nevertheless the less I’m sure they will be well pleased, it’s the thought after all.”

“I have bought from F&T before and the quality is great; as is the case here, however for this price I would have expected better packaging…a bag, box or something to present a quality gift in. A Jiffy bag with bits that go everywhere didn’t cut it unfortunately!”

“Brilliant bit of kit I bought for my father-in-law after his 12 y/o one had finally given up on him, my only reason for dropping a star is that he's left handed and finds it lacking in certain areas (ergonomically), the quality of the multi tool is brilliant, super impressed!”

“Only four stars due to what was required for proof of age. Use a Credit Card to pay and you shouldn't have any problems. I used Paypal and had to scan personal documents and email. Hopefully, destroyed after submission.”

“Fantastic customer services. Beautiful Sabatier knife block and stunning knives. I had an issue with the knife block which Farrar and Tanner immediately rectified. Even with the postal strikes, the company shupped via my original courier method. Absolutely brilliant. I didn't expect it to be rectified so quickly and it was. Very impressed. We will be shopping with Farrar and Tanner again, for sure and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company or the products. High end products at competitive prices with high end customer services. Refreshing.”

“Nice box and quick delivery. It said in the description that the maximum bottle size it can fit is 12cm but it only measures 11.5cm so my Bottle didn’t actually fit which was disappointing.”

“Ordered the thistle Tumbler as a gift for my partner, personalised with engraved messages and gift wrapped….. everything looked amazing, only one thing I felt spoiled it slightly was the invoice was also wrapped up inside the box. Probably an oversight but you don’t wouldn’t leave the price tag on a bouquet of flowers would you? Absolutely stunning quality of the product and gift wrapping. Overall 9/10”

“Nothing to fault with the 10x10" set recently purchased. The board is a lovely piece of work for its size, the pieces are well defined and relative to each other in size. I can hold the magnetic board upside-down with all pieces staying on the board. As per another reviewer, the only 'complaint' I have is that there are no spare queens for promotion, and I don't see an option to buy the pieces as a separate transaction. Overall, a very stylish board and pieces. Highly recommended!”
