“Unfortunately the first flutes I received were faulty, but you reacted very quickly to my complaint, replying on a Saturday afternoon. New flutes were despatched which were excellent and a returns label was enclosed so that I could return the faulty ones.”

“Very pleased with both the quality of the product & speed of delivery. However disappointed with Gift Wrap Service. For £6 I would have expected the gift tag to at least be printed rather than it being poorly hand written. Would use again this company again in the future.”

Hi there, thanks for your feedback - we do choose to handwrite our gift tags for that personal approach. Our tags are normally neatly written though, if you do have the paperwork which came with the gift it should say who did the gift wrap for you and if you can let us know we can make sure we've had a word about neatness to avoid this happening again. “The change and engraving of the gift box was very nice, however, I did have to screw the clasp back on as one screww had come out and the other was loose. They offered for me to return the item but I didn't have time as it was a gift.”

“The board that arrived was beautiful and the delivery to NI went smoothly, though you can't use the fastest delivery service to NI (trying to caused the payment page to hang for an unknown reason until I read the terms of delivery and tried the payment page again using a different delivery option). I ordered the large board of 55mm squares as I have an isle of Lewis chess set and the king is 48mm wide. When the board arrived I was surprised the King just fitted. Turns out the board squares are only 50mm and not the advertised 55mm squares. It was a typo mistake on the website after I enquired if I had been sent the right board or not. So between an unclear payment error and misadvertised board size it wasn't exactly a perfect service but the board arrived in perfect condition, is beautiful and good value for money. I was offered chance to return the board but I like it and can accept the Kings cosy fit in the 50mm squares. I would be happy to recommend people use this company and I would have no problem ordering from them again.”

“absolutely brilliant but would've liked the name and 50 encryption a bit bigger. Beautifully made and presented and looked an extremely tasteful present. Loved it and so did the recipient. Seems he'd bought similar from you himself in the past. Delighted.”
