“I’m not very familiar with mushroom knives, but this one looks like a lovely product and I hope the gift will be well‑received. It feels sturdy yet elegant. The engraving was a slight disappointment - I expected it to be larger and more visible on the side you hold the knife, rather than only noticeable when turning it around to use the cleaning brush. That said, I will certainly revisit this company’s website for future purchases. The delivery was very prompt too.”

“Quality wallet and embossing is fine. Royal Mail delivery was a problem - parcel went to Perth then to Edinburgh so having received a text indicating Saturday delivery it was not delivered until Monday.”

“Easier to use website and clear photographs. Nice to be updated by email as well and the packaging was very good. On the downside I bought two items from you which came in plastic bags inside very nice presentation cases. Why on earth don't you take them out of the plastic bags and put them in the display cases. It took the shine off purchasing from you. Your items do not look attractive in sight plastic bags.”

“The item I ordered which was a 'variegated' blue cut glass tumbler was very much welcomed by my good friend for a special birthday present. He said it will take pride of place on his sideboard as it looks so lovely. However the delivery service was very complicated and quite stressful as it was for a birthday gift and the person was going away. I paid extra for next day delivery which would have been Saturday and arranged all this with options in case the person was out but in the end it didn't arrive until Tuesday - it was not the fault of Farrar & Tanner though, and Caitlyn was very helpful in sorting it out for me.”

“I brought a wallet as a christmas present for my Brother. I love the wallet it is beautiful and very good quality the only downside is the personalisation the lettering is very difficult to see as it's not that clear.”
