“The backgammon set is lovely, it looks expensive and it’s just gorgeous. The only thing is that the cups to put the dice in are plastic and very noisy and it just doesn’t match the quality of the overall set.”

“Nice product and nicely wrapped. I expected the card to be printed not hand written. This isn’t a problem but may be worth making this clear as for certain occasions a message written in someone else’s hand doesn’t seem appropriate. Thank you”

“The reason I gave four stars is because I paid extra for next day delivery. I ordered after 2:00 so I expected it to be the day after next day but it still took 48 hrs.”

“The flask I ordered is beautiful and just what I had in mind. The funnel that comes with it to fill the flask is made of cheap plastic, a stainless stell funnel would have been nice. Lastly, the captive top on the flask came off its hinge when I rinsed the flask before the first use. That said, customer service was very quick to respond and resolve the matter by offering me a refund or replacement.”

“Coference pad folder - leather. Ordering this to look as pro in my upcoming management level Job interview. It looks great and I'm sure it will convince the audience. Only development idea is to make left sheet pocket bit more spacy that I can put some A4 doc's more in.”

“Beautiful belt and adore the personalisation. However was extremely disappointed at the positioning of it. I wasn’t given the option to select placing of this. Unfortunately it has been done on the outside of the belt. Resulting that my husband won’t wear it because of this. Really thought it would be on the inside.”
