“I ordered a long-handled trowel & fork for my wife as a Christmas gift. They were the same price delivered as I'd seen elsewhere, this saved me the 20-mile trip to fetch them, but the fact that they offered an engraving service for just £5.00 each was a great option. The items also arrived perfectly done in 2 days. The service was excellent, thank you.”

“Hello Disappointingly I have discovered that the Christmas gift I ordered from your selves was opened on Christmas day by my mother and it has arrived in the wrong style and wrong size... I have attached images below for your reference.... It is particularly disappointing when I paid extra for gift wrapping as well.”

“I was impressed with the speedy response of customer services to my order review! However I was somewhat surprised to receive two orders from you! Again customer services acted swiftly, sending me a returns label! I have now returned the second order sent to me by mistake. However the box was rather heavy for me to return to the post office! I would have preferred collection from my house. However items sent were of good quality and I am happy with them. Thank you.”
