I was disappointed with the length of time it took for delivery..I ordered end of November & eventually got delivered a few days before Christmas..it was for a present for a friend who was going away for festive period & came on the day they were leaving..I did get a refund for delivery as as paid extra to get it promptly..apart from that the gift was nicely presented
