“Easy to navigate website, good choice of quality products. There was an issue with the item ordered, customer services got in touch promptly by phone and email and offered an alternative or a refund. I chose the alternative product which was delivered in time for Christmas. I am delighted with the purchase and the service provided and will not hesitate to use them again. “Ordered a wallet for my son for Christmas……..received an e-mail /text/call to say product was out of stock & apologises for problem with website . Was offered a more expensive product at no extra cost , once accepted I received the alternative product in next couple of days . Excellent product & first class service , thank you”

“My daughter and son-in-law requested two Bisley Leather Folding Stools for Christmas. (I was sent a link to Farrar & Tanner - they're very specific with their requests!) The package duly arrived wrapped in several layers of cardboard all completely covered in strong paper packing tape. It took me thirty-five minutes to open it! The packing slip was signed by Lee. Thank you, Lee, they arrived undamaged. My daughter and son-in-law were thrilled with the quality, workmanship and comfort saying they will last them many years on their camping trips. So thank you, Farrar & Tanner, I have two happy bunnies!”
