“I must admit I got a bit ahead of myself ordering my wife’s anniversary gift 3 weeks in advance, it’s not like me, I’m normally a last minute sort of guy. I also got a bit carried away with the romance of a £100 watering can. It still hasn’t arrived, so I’m I tad pickled about the whole episode, CS have been wonderful at nothing, apparently it’s APC’s fault. Imagine a world without Amazon, where vendors complain they can’t compete Jezz , just refund me and I’ll take the wife for lunch”

“Excellent service, bought items from you before. Rang to order item and the lady on the phone was very good.
