“Lovely product and amazing customer service! My product was damaged on delivery. I sent an email explaining that it was damaged on arrival, and they quickly dispatched a replacement with no fuss at all - and it arrived before Christmaas, which was a mega bonus!”

“Ridiculous. The most expensive and biggest part of my order was not delivered and I’ve been sending photos and emails for 7 days trying to find out where it is and when it will arrive. They’re asking for photos of the box and delivery document and even of the item that didn’t arrive, all photos I could take were sent already, then nothing. £110 down and a week later I’m going to have to go to the bank and try to cancel it as a last resort. Dont waste your time.”

Hi Michael, I am so sorry for the trouble. I can see my colleague did resolve this on 29th December and sent the missing part of the order. I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused and that things took a little longer to process than expected. I totally understand the frustration and I am very sorry we did not resolve it quicker.
