“Beautiful product (the shaving set with brush, razor and stand) - fantastic quality with the option to engrave the base which is a nice touch if it's a gift. However, the packer had left it standing up in the box and perched the lid on top. This could have resulted in a bent post (on which the brush hangs) if something heavy had been placed on top of it during transit. I have managed to lay all the various components down in the box & place the lid on the way it's meant to go which would have been far better for postal purposes in the first place....hence only 4 stars.”

“I have no idea how good the knife is seeing as it hasn't arrived (after over a week). They use Royal Mail service who keep claiming they will deliver and then don't and now have lied about attempting delivery, so I have no clue where my item is.”
