“Excellent company to deal with. I made a mistake in the ordering process and it was rectified as soon as I contacted them. Delivery as promised. Can’t comment on quality of product yet as they are gifts that are still to be opened.”

“Outstanding customer service. We have received set with minor imperfections. This was a gift which we needed for next day. Customer service team was great during webchat. They have found another set in the warehouse, checked it for any imperfections and sent it next day for 10am delivery to the restaurant where we had lunch booked with our friend who had birthday. Set was delivered by DPD prior our arrival and we managed to gift it as planned. Massive shoutout to all who made it happen. Thank you”

“Hello: This is our second order that we have just placed and your website and your service are outstanding. We also really enjoy looking through your website as you have a great variety of gifts and they are of very good quality. I will, later in the summer, be sending an order in for a Birthday and a Wedding taking place in England.
