“Bought previously hence return. Outstanding product. Excellent quality & beautiful engraving. Highly recommend. Comes with removable lining which is nice & adequate, however I removed & added straw as personally think it does the box more justice & sets drinks bottle off to perfection. Small detail tho. Will no doubt buy again.”

“Bought present for my Son Inlaw. Products were of high quility & whe loved his brandy tumblers. Payed for fast delivery & came when promised. They were personally engraved as well in that time frame. Very pleased with service.”

“Really pleased with the small leather cross over bag. Perfect for just a phone, glasses, keys etc. You don't even need a credit card wallet because there is a place to put them. Very good value for money.”

“Good delivery, price was good, product poorly designed and not fit for purpose in my view. Lid and framing was such that any modern watch put into the 'perimeter' slots causes hte lid to not shut fully and potentially damage the box/watch. The slots for the watch pillows are too shallow.”

“Perfect wedding present for my fiancé. This is the perfect upgrade to the rubbish cheap set I got him years ago. It's beautiful, great quality and looks so classy. Engraving on the box is perfect, he's probably going to cry. Arrived super quickly as well. Would definitely recommend and buy again.”

“Delivery was let down by Royal Mail not Farrar & Tanner; paid for Sunday delivery but they delivered the following day. There was an item missing from the order but after a phone call and speaking to Sue at Customer Service, she quickly and efficiently sorted the matter. Very pleased with the gin & tonic knives as these were ordered for gifts to take overseas.”

“I placed an order with this 'company' 11 days later I still havnt received it even though they say order before 2 for some day dispatch, I have no order confirmation emails, con merchants it seems, I filled in a contact form on the website , when I completed it it didn't go through asking to try later, they have kept my money, DO NOT BUT FROM THEM, PROBABLY A FAKE WEBSITE, IM CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS.”

“I am not a fan of internet shopping - I miss being able to view the quality of a product on the hight street, However the wallet that I bought from Farrar and Tanner as a gift was of excellent quality and exactly as described. I can definitely recommend.”
