“It shall be 5 stars, but the reason why I only give 4 stars is because there is no notification to me that my order is in the process of verifying age until I sent an email for asking the status.”

“The service i received when i ordered my purchase was good and deliver prompt i was very satisfied with my purchase but i susequently emailed twice with and enquiry regarding a filling funnel for my purchase but after 2/3 days have still not received a reply your advice would be appreciated as i wanted to purchase the funnel in time for christmas to go with me purchase of the hip flask my order number was FT40441 thank you Rosemary Hooker”

“The flask I received was very nice. However the packaging it came in was very disappointing. Was expecting something other than a cheap black box which was falling apart when it arrived.”

“Really pleased with how quickly the delivery came but slightly disappointed some of the message to be engraved was missing, so had to pay a silly amount to get it added elsewhere as didn’t have time to send it back to be rectified. Did try to call customer services but no answer”

“Looks very nice and was delivered very quickly. With regards to quality will see once it is being used, but I have to say I was a bit disappointed when I put a photo in the inside section and it came away at the top, so it's not stitched properly which is a shame.”

“Package arrived on time. Opted and paid for gift wrapping and was pleasantly surprised at how well protected the item was using eco-friendly/recyclable, honeycomb style, cardboard ‘sheet’. Ingenious and better than bubble wrap. The item has not been opened yet as it’s a Xmas gift, hence 4 stars.”

“Ordered a chess set for my husband. Absolutely thrilled with it. Stunningly beautiful and arrived within two days. I would have given 5 stars, however, the personalised brass plate wasn’t polished, neither did it stick to the outside of the chess set properly. This is a minor though. Exceptional quality item and service. Would highly recommend and use again.”

“Very fast service - the items I ordered arrived in double quick time and the items themselves were great. It would have been good to receive an email confirmation of the order (which I didn't seem to receive) and it was a shame that they didn't do a mock up of where the personalisation was going to be placed on the items I chose. I ordered water bottles and wrongly presumed when they stated on the 'body' it would mean the name would run down the body of the bottle, instead it was smaller than expected on the body of the bottle but at the bottom and the name going in the other direction”

“Purchased a black crystal clock which was lovely delivery was also quick. Dissapointing that only 15 characters of text allowed for engraving purposes. This was not enough to have the retirement gift engraved”

“I received a bottle of red wine in a personalised box, the box having split whilst in transit; upon advising Farrar & Tanner, they immediately dispatched a replacement personalised box, which is due to be delivered today and a text confirm this was received this morning from the delivery company. Great Service!”
