“Bought a wallet for our grandsons’ 18th birthday. The packaging was damaged and the wallet box was bashed and the wallet also looked a bit bashed! Not impressed with the engraving, could hardly see the initials. Unfortunately I will not be using Farrar and Tanner again.”
