“First time I've bought from Farrar & Tanner, really pleased with the service. A minor issue with the product description was rectified very efficiently. They answered the phone immediately and set up the return which was free, easy and fast. The replacement item was also posted very quickly. I think this is the best way to judge an online company. I'm very pleased top recommend them, and to buy from them again.”

“The item I ordered which was a 'variegated' blue cut glass tumbler was very much welcomed by my good friend for a special birthday present. He said it will take pride of place on his sideboard as it looks so lovely. However the delivery service was very complicated and quite stressful as it was for a birthday gift and the person was going away. I paid extra for next day delivery which would have been Saturday and arranged all this with options in case the person was out but in the end it didn't arrive until Tuesday - it was not the fault of Farrar & Tanner though, and Caitlyn was very helpful in sorting it out for me.”

“I brought a wallet as a christmas present for my Brother. I love the wallet it is beautiful and very good quality the only downside is the personalisation the lettering is very difficult to see as it's not that clear.”

“Bought a Dents wallet from them. Not happy with it. Asked for it to be personalised with initials but can hardly make it out! Very poor quality. Packing was damaged and the box was damaged too! This was for our grandsons 18th birthday so was very disappointed.”

“Products are of incredible quality, well worth the money. Shipping was 4 days ahead of schedule. The only reason not 5 is that I tried to phone about an issue well within their phone times, but there was no answer. Will defo be buying from you again.”
