“Liked the pictures and description on the website; easy to order and delivery was fast (it was a gift so I haven't actually seen the leather men's wash bag I ordered). However, my friend is clearly delighted and rang me as soon as he had opened it to tell me so.”

“Easier to use website and clear photographs. Nice to be updated by email as well and the packaging was very good. On the downside I bought two items from you which came in plastic bags inside very nice presentation cases. Why on earth don't you take them out of the plastic bags and put them in the display cases. It took the shine off purchasing from you. Your items do not look attractive in sight plastic bags.”
