“Happy with the quality of the wood and unser stand that the counters would be plastic but not happy about the shakers, did expect a better quality product than the cheap plastic ones that you can buy in any £5 set.”

“The change and engraving of the gift box was very nice, however, I did have to screw the clasp back on as one screww had come out and the other was loose. They offered for me to return the item but I didn't have time as it was a gift.”

“The board that arrived was beautiful and the delivery to NI went smoothly, though you can't use the fastest delivery service to NI (trying to caused the payment page to hang for an unknown reason until I read the terms of delivery and tried the payment page again using a different delivery option). I ordered the large board of 55mm squares as I have an isle of Lewis chess set and the king is 48mm wide. When the board arrived I was surprised the King just fitted. Turns out the board squares are only 50mm and not the advertised 55mm squares. It was a typo mistake on the website after I enquired if I had been sent the right board or not. So between an unclear payment error and misadvertised board size it wasn't exactly a perfect service but the board arrived in perfect condition, is beautiful and good value for money. I was offered chance to return the board but I like it and can accept the Kings cosy fit in the 50mm squares. I would be happy to recommend people use this company and I would have no problem ordering from them again.”

“absolutely brilliant but would've liked the name and 50 encryption a bit bigger. Beautifully made and presented and looked an extremely tasteful present. Loved it and so did the recipient. Seems he'd bought similar from you himself in the past. Delighted.”

“Products are really good and delivered on time. Thank you. But, there is no ‘purchase as a gift’ option and so my Dad whom the glasses were a present for received the invoice and there was no way of telling him they were from me as he opened them. I emailed after the order was placed to ask if this could be accommodated but it wasn’t possible.”

“I was impressed with the speedy response of customer services to my order review! However I was somewhat surprised to receive two orders from you! Again customer services acted swiftly, sending me a returns label! I have now returned the second order sent to me by mistake. However the box was rather heavy for me to return to the post office! I would have preferred collection from my house. However items sent were of good quality and I am happy with them. Thank you.”

“I ordered this necklace watch for my 97 year old mother in law as that was what she requested for Christmas. It was slightly smaller than expected but very nice and I hope she will be pleased with it. Arrived very quickly and in a nice box. Thank you.”

“I ordered a hip flask from the website and there was problems with creating a account so I emailed and it instantly got fixed for me by the lady I was speaking with. The only minor thing was I was told I would get upgraded to free next day delivery as a apology but that never happened it stayed at 5 day standard delivery which I paid for”
