“Nice bread knife only thing I don't like is the label that is on the blade it wrecks the look a bit but hopefully with some polish compound it will buff off.”

“The backgammon board is very nice and qualitative. However I am disappointed with the dice cups which are in plastic and the checkers which do not look qualitative at all. For this kind of price, you expect quality for every pieces.”

“Great product, parents very happy with the champagne flutes, they got plenty of use at their 50th anniversary celebrations. The ladies who I dealt with in-store were pure brilliance, nothing was too much and to add to that such lovely people. The only let down in service was their website misbehaving, causing these ladies to really feel it. I made a 140mile round trip to collect our items, the website caused this, the journey was definitely worth it though. The little showroom they have is gift goldmine, we'll never struggle again to find that perfect something. Well done to all involved.....except the I.T guys (please don't delete this review, I get it...things happen)”

“The backgammon set is lovely, it looks expensive and it’s just gorgeous. The only thing is that the cups to put the dice in are plastic and very noisy and it just doesn’t match the quality of the overall set.”

“Nice product and nicely wrapped. I expected the card to be printed not hand written. This isn’t a problem but may be worth making this clear as for certain occasions a message written in someone else’s hand doesn’t seem appropriate. Thank you”

“The reason I gave four stars is because I paid extra for next day delivery. I ordered after 2:00 so I expected it to be the day after next day but it still took 48 hrs.”
