“Not the 'luxury' vendor they purport to be. I bought a leather bag (£170) and it was poorly packaged in a plastic bag that was too small, causing them to sellotape the plastic to the leather! As it was a gift & I was short of time I had to try to rectify the damage myself & apologise profusely to the recipient. And when I contacted them, the very best they could offer was 'sorry'. Never again, appalling all round.”

Dear Sharon, Thank you for your review, We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as the bag was intended as a gift and arrived in packaging that did not reflect the standard it should have done. When you contacted us, we did ask on several occasions for images of the packaging so that we could properly assess what had happened and offer either a replacement or a full refund. Unfortunately, as the item had already been gifted, this wasn’t possible at the time. That said, we agree entirely that the item should have been presented far better in the first place, and we’re genuinely sorry that this let you down. This is not the experience we aim to provide.
